Complaint was made regarding washing machine. A man came and said a certain part was to be replaced and gave a weeks time to do the job . It is now 4 weeks and the job has not been completed despite innumerable calls and assurances given by the centre. For the past 3 days they are not responding to our calls. Very disappointing . Samsung has no reliable service centres and has no quality standards. Will not recommend anybody to buy samsung products.

This service centre is irresponsible towards the customer, after several complaint about my washing machine no service man came to visit.While trying to call over phone on the given number in website its says this number does not exist, what a pathetic company to buy Samsung home product,while purchasing the product company promises a lot..👎👎👎👎👎
