Helpful staff & service...

For convert postpaid to prepaid needs to visit multiple times(more than 1 month)REASONS:bill not generate,outstanding not clear,electricity not available,you have not attend that call hence request not process,Its lunch time come after 1 hour.This type of reasons shared by team,Ms.pooja and her supervisor.At the last time,they have crossed limit of begging(I think idea hired them at good salary package).They told us we have minimum FRC in prepaid of Rs.495/ - with unlimited calls and 1.5GB data as I am not using smartphone on this number from prepaid,and this store team forcefully activate this number into prepaid also its not my conscent.I have clearly told them I am not using any data services on this number so why I will recharge of 495/- on that I get 1.5GB data per day,it means they have get some shares on this recharge. And I have already paid more than 300 /- excess on postpaid account.And today you send me SMS that excess amount will credit to prepaid account4 after deduction of GST amount which I have no use.Prepare fresh cheque of this Rs.326/- and send to registered address.

Why not improve the network service, your service rubbish. If do not serve well, then stop selling SIM...
