I have submitted my passport application on 15.11.2018 for my baby & today 02.01.2019 whenever i checked online file status it showing anything because these staff has not been uploaded file & many times call to customer care but no use.staff are very lazy they are only calm & calm for work also they forget after taking file .how many person are suffering for job & who got than what they doing simple thing for a small baby passport they have taken one & half month without any result still on 0 what type of work they are doing head of the department should be terminated from here no use if like this they working.dont submitt any application here if you have time & weekly you can visit here than submit here otherwise never

Documents you will need :1. High School Certificate2. Address ProofEasy going process. Staff is good. If documents are proper then work will be hassle free.Yes in Kathgodam the appointment will be of 10 days late.After verification process, they will send your file to LIU department. When you will visit LIU department, they might ask you for money (Indian System) but no need to bribe them. Still your file will be escalated unless you have something to hide.

I had went there to enquire about passport but they said that it is not operational.

Very Bad experiance...never make your appointment here....Very Miserable place,They dont have eticates how to talk..They talk in scolding way....Unskilled old buddhe...they do work in unprofessional way..online time slot no matters.....They will ask for all silly documents which are not listed by you for verification...They just want to get rid off from you...If anyhow you dont have any demanded document (other than you filled for verification) it makes easy for them to scold you....and they will ask to fix your attendence another time at stupid post office...They want just a chance..to malign your plan....Please be prepared before going here.....

The staff is very friendly but yes there is also something which you should know before going to this office.If you have applied for sms seva then there is a msg that you dont need printed appointment receipt but here in this office they ask you for reciept even if you applied for sms sevaDocuments needed:-1. Printed Appointment Receipt2. Aadhar Card photo copy3. Passing Certificate of 10th Class photo copyAdditional documents you should carry:-1. Bonafide Certificate from your college if you are studying away from home(police verification will happen there where you are studying)2. PAN card photo copy3. Driving licence photo copyNOTE: CARRY ALL THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TOO. THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU IF YOU DO NOT CARRY ORIGINAL OF ABOVE MENTIONED DOCUMENTS.

They are like a rubbish, they dont have manners how to talk with customers, I am in London my wife and kids they have applied passport, 3 times I have made appointment for them due to this type of pathetic staff, and 3000 has lost, now you will suffer the problems what I will do, I have seen and I have your photo, juusss wait and watch,
