This is not the review of hdfc bank but this branch. Branch is always crowded. Went to collect my debit card but apparently they dispatched it to my home address and l had to collect from courier company. Reception people are busy in their chatter, got the work done somehow. Good luck
Worst service. I am trying to contact the bank since one month. No response to my mails and calls. They themselves are very confused about information. One customer client will say yes this is possible without knowing the actual information than other customer clients will say no not possible we are sorry. I am an old customer still totally disappointed with the service. I am trying to apply for moratorium service that they are delaying intensionally. And for credit card payment they will call 8-9 times a day. A total disappointment. Worst bank

Yesterday I visited the bank but they are behave like government bank .poor service in hdfc DC branch.when they need something from us they behave best but when I asked for some service they are saying contact to online costumer care ..poor service from bank like HDFC

Very difficult to reach their customer-care or get help. No emails or phones are available to directly contact the HDFC team. Everything seems to redirect to their useless bot Eva. The people in the branch are friendly (if they can be reached).

Wrost service provider among all banks in haldwani.Have to move from counter to counter like govt. Office.Even if u r at right counter no one will b there to entertain ur request.My personnel experience not once but many times.
