Nice hotel. Near to all modes of transportation. I love the food they serve, it is of top quality. Plz must try Kdhayi Paneer, its too yummy. One thing that i dont like about the hotel is also about food that they only serve vegetarian food. Also there isnt any good non-vegetarian restaurant nearby but you can go to Sama restaurant at bus station if u want to have decent non-veg food which is (300-400) meter away from there. And all other things are great about this hotel. Excellent supportive staff.

Try to book through online platforms like Oyo, Goibibo etc. Because they overcharge if you will pay on the spot. I have visited this place in September 2018 as it is off season to visit so I havent booked room through online platforms. I thought it will be more cheaper than online platforms. It was raining heavily when I have visited this place. I asked for a room then he told me higher price than online. I tried to book online on the spot but there was no network in my phone. As it was raining outside so I have taken room with the price which he told me. Try to book rooms in this hotel through online platforms as they give discounts.

My experience here was good

Nice Stay. I stayed their with family in Delux room. Rooms are good and spacious if not very big. But then you have Honeymoon suite for larger room. Best part is room is having window so lots of sunlight and fresh air. Location wise just outside railway station (its walkable - 100mts). Perfect for those who want good stay near railway station but at same time you will get lots of traffic noise but not disturbing as not many trains on the route. Yes its value for money after cash back and discount otherwise bit expensive. ATMs are near by. Food is okayish and wont say best but can be ordered if you dont want to try outside. IRON Man is near by but hotel doesnt have any iron or hair driers if you expect one. Geyser and TV are there. Rooms are clean, Towels and toilets are clean. Bedsheets are clean but my Quilt did had many hairs so i asked a replacement and new one was clean. Rooms do not have any smell. Service is little slow at times but staff is good. So overall good experience. I would definitely recommend it.

Hotel Park Land at Haldwani is a very good hotel to stay. Its more than value for money. The prices are very affordable. The rooms are spacious, with attached washroom cum bathroom. The rooms are well maintained, neat and clean. The rooms have all the amenities you expect in a good hotel. Properly functioning electrical fittings, TV, wardrobe, vacuum suction based toilets (must say very impressive). The staff is cordial and helpful. We arrived just passed midnight and still the staff helped us with food and luggage. The hotel is in the vicinity of bus stand at Haldwani, and eating options are very affordable and decent around this place as well as the hotel.I will definitely like to book this again if I make a future trip to Haldwani side.

It was nice to stay over there. Hotel is fine. Service was marvelous and hotel people are very collaborative. Food was appetizing and very sanitary. Location is nicely located and easy to find the hotel. Nice resource and utility was available there. Hotel is very clean.

Pros- Near, like very near to Railway Station and Bus Standrickshaw will take only Rs 10/- per personNext to the hotel is some dhaba type which offers economical and clean food. Room was clean, hotel staff was helpfulsuitable for Women, couples and family.

Good, clean, maintained well behaved stuff. But rooms are small in comparison with price. While you are paying Rs 1000/- for non ac and 1300/- for acs the room space should be more. The price of foods are also too high.

Located in the heart of city near haldwani railway station, average hotel, small but neat rooms. at some places on walls, paint was discoloured and patches were there. staff was cooperative. no parking space. car was to be parked on road.
