A pleasant experience. My Phillips body groomer was not charging and the staff was kind enough to allow me to check the charging at home ( I was provided with a new charger and blade - against payment - on the condition that I could return the same if my problem was unresolved. I returned the items next day and was advised to register a complaint with the company if the warranty was still in force. Thanks to correct advice, I was able to procure a replacement today. My thanks to the team at Shraddha Communication.

Very bad service because for any type problems of smartphone they(technician) always says to change the motherboard which is so expensive.Talking behavior of technician is also very bad.

Disgusting service. First delayed repair by more than 3 weeks. Then promise to deliver to Ranikhet but it took a week to follow up with their driver. Then service provider was extremely rude on the phone. And now there are problems with the speaker. Never use this service center. Have reporter to Lenovo as well.
