Fraud people. worst service center. dont visit here they will fool you. I went there to repair my Motorola phone but they take more than a month to and still its not resolved. I think they dont have a service center they just repair the phone from local shops. all the negative reviews are genuine. rest of the review given by their in-house team. they have the worst behavior. I will not stop here. I will complain to Motorola against them

I bought one by one three mobile in last 6 years. I m a trusted customer of MotorolaBut this time i got problem in my 2 month old phone. For that i went called auth moto service centre in haldwani. First they make excuses for job card.. After repair they refuse to give payment slip..now the phone is giving problem from next day no voice in any mode. They are saying we are unable to solve your problem.. We bought phone in 10000Two month later repair 5800 because we have trust like others that after service centre repair it will be ok. But things are same. So please tell what to do now

Totally waste. I have been visited twice. they dont have any technical knowledge. They repairs your phones through another local repairing center. They dont know how to fix the phones problems.I gave my phone for repairing and they told me that they have given it to another engineer. And they took 2400/- RS and after 6 month the phones is giving more problem.Its get switch off any time doesnt matter what is the battery%.

Beware.. they charge exorbitantly. Service reception is at different location while the place where phone gets repaired is different. If you ask for bill they will kind of threaten you with extra charge of Rs.590 quoted as labour charge, as if without bill they are servicing our device free of any labour charge. Little bit of observation makes you feel something fishy going on here. They asked me 1400 just for the charging port which on close observation I found was not new. Expect no transparency here. Im completely dissatisfied.PS:Im a graduate in electronics engineering and also a passionate android developer whom they tried to fool assuming a naive..

No more a service centre its a collection point of Lenovo and Motorola.They will send you to some local engineer and will tell you that our engineer is not available right out , he is at NOKIA service centre tikonia near negi chicken point but thats all fake better to call customer care they will help

I didnt like Motorolas service. My data cable got damaged so I visited here to buy a new one. It was of low quality and they charged me for ₹500 for that. A better quality cable was available in a local shop for 200₹ .

They are cheaters , I came to there for repairing of my jack of Moto x4, they opened the phone charged me 200 Rs for this.And demanded 1600 for the repair, I refuesed for that.They returned my phone after opening the phone but there was yellow marks on my screen. The way he repair man behaved was also rude. He said it will go after some time .Pathetic service never go this place. Better to show your phone to other palces. They are there to loot.Now I shown phone to a local repairing store in Delhi , they just cleaned the jack and it worked perfectly, Moto service center haldwani were charging 1600 for replacement. Now the work done at free of cost. It seems either they dont have knowledge or they are looting the customers.

Bad experience, i must tell u all and inform to motorola that they did not wish to pay gst, and when i forced them to they charged gst rs. 800/- extra which is fine but tbe receipt seemed fabricated and i felt the common man got cheated by to receiving the amount i deliberately paid for him. I will not give it a single star.

Dont waste your time here. Its a very poor service centre. I went there because of some dust in camera lens they ask to wait me for 2 hours and after that they told they cant do it this time. you need to search for another place.

Not a good service centre they will charge you some minimum money whether they repair your phone or just checking it. Any way we purchased Motorolas phone if any hard ware problem happened they should not charge for checking that.. I have very bad experience with Motorolas mobile....

The only genuine service centre of Moto and Lenovo in Haldwani city. The service centre is at the prime location of haldwani and hence can be easily accessed. The service is not that good. Takes too much time to repair the product. Seating facility is good. I found Staff well behaved.

Worst service centre ever they damaged my phone instead.of repairing it. And the only problem in my phone was it needed a new charging socket. Thats it . But they opened the phone and damaged the microphone, earphones slot and viola my phone was next to a dummy model
