Makeover is my favourite salon. Whenever I am in Haldwani I make sure I only visit here for any beauty services. I had my engagement makeup done here which was just out of the world. It was done exactly how I had dreamt of. I have also taken their other services a lot of times like Keratin Treatment, cleanup, facial, waxing, threading, manicure pedicure. And all of them were done professionally. They also make sure to suggest the service you are taking according to your skin type. Ambience of the place is also another thing which makes you wanna visit it.

Makeups are superb.. beyond expectations and I am really happy with their services and staff. Got my sis bridal makeup from makeover and it was really awesome I highly recommend the makeup artist of makeover the beauty lounge for your wedding day ❤️❤️❤️

Highly disappointing and arrogant customer behaviour. I think the owner ( SO CALLED MAKEUP ARTIST } must learn how to talk politely talk to customers first. No personal preferences were given to the bride and did whatever SO CALLED ARTIST she “FELT RIGHT”, people should be comfortable with their makeup on their special day. I would NEVER recommend her to any friend or family. Very stubborn and not open to any honest feedback!Disgusting Attitude!

Decided to give a try seeing the positive reviews on GoogleTook a facial , experience is average... no steaming on face, nothing.More focus is on bridal makeups, maybe that’s what their bread n butter is.Though they claim to be premium, face products are same as any regular salon in Haldwani with O3 being at the top. If you claim to be premium, their should be a differential element to it (maybe keep Casmara, etc)

Worst of its kind in Haldwani... False promises.. Improper behaviour... Expired date duplicate cosmetics... Using already used towels smelling of cheap detergent..

Such a pathetic service....there was a bridal makeup booked for me as every gal dreams to luk prettiest on her wedding same was mine but they just spoiled everything with their pathetic make up done by so called professional artist.....the lady over the counter have no proper etiquette to speak with the clients...they are put up there only to earn money....even after taking high charges pathetic make up was done .....the hair do was nothing like a bridal .... multiple times itold the guy to atleast do the proper hair do but they ppl were least bothered ....the make up was wrst they have unprofessional staff who dnt even know what kind of make up suits on what kind of face .....even the blush was disappeared even before I left not even a final touch up was done ..even after saying again and again ....they give a slot of 2-3 hrs to reach for getting ready but seriously they took hardly 40-50 min in completing everything ...wrst experience would never ever suggest anyone to go there.... I was so much disappointed that I even cancelled my sangeet makeup booking from there and went to another parlour even withoutconsidering that the pre-booking money wont get refunded back

I had my makeup done from here for my engagement and it was amazing and satisfying. The staff was polite and professional. Also got makeups for siders and everyone was pleased with their service. Will surely recommend it to others.

They are fooling people in the name of airbrush makeup. I personally had this experience on my wedding, they charged me for airbrush and gave me normal brush makeup that too very loud and fake, in the name of airbrush the person doing the makeup put on the airbrush nozzle just for few seconds on your face (I think that too was fake). They are fooling people of this town, thats not how airbrush is done.I had a worst experience, the entire makeup started to break and crack after fews hours, I had a white layer on my face. Guys they spoiled my best moments. Worst service, I felt cheated.

Worst beauty parlour i have seen in my life I want to give them a negative star but as no option is there for this.... This parlour turned my sisters dream wedding into a horrible nightmare.. M basically from delhi.. So my sisters wedding was a destination wedding. Dat time I was searching for a good reputed parlor in haldwani and we came across this palour on internet and I was impressed by the ratings and review of the people.. So I contacted the parlor person and booked 1 bridal and 4 non bridal makeup there.. At the Booking time the parlour owner and his wife who was the (so called) makeup artist were so humble and make us believe dat she is so skilled and perfect in her work that she will turn us as a princess on our very special day.. But on the wedding day before starting the makeup we showed him a pic and told his wife (so called) makeup artist I want dat kind of eye makeup and look and she said yeah sure and started my sisters makeup after she was done with the makeup n my sister saw her face and told her that its nowhere like the pic i showed then her reply was we can do like dis only if u dont like it u can wash ur face and go and we were shocked and aback by this statement of hers (how she can really say like dis) and it was already 9 pm.. And the staff who did our makeup (me and my cousins )they even dont know how to apply an eyeliner and False lashes. I applied my linner by myself.. Thank god I was aware of the basics of makeup. So I saved myself dat day.. But my sisters makeup was a disaster.... I would not recommend even my enemies to go in this horrible parlour

They have unprofessional worker... who dont know about hair treatment.. I Don my keratin in this parlor I see no difference in my hair.. I wasted my 6000 rs dont go this parlor for the keratin.. the guy who was working on my hair, straching my hair with electrical straitner like untrained..he ruined my hair like a beast.. I am mentally depressed the cause of waste my money no difference in my hair.. keratin treatment date is 20/9/2019

It was a very bad experience, I got haircut which might have looked better if I cut it myself. I also got the facial and waxing and it was in a really cramped up room and unhygienic. And the worst were my eyebrows, despite me telling them again and again to not make it thin, the lady there made it super thin and when I complained she told me I didnt know how it worked. The staff was rude and the quality of work was poor. If I could give less than one star I would.

Pathetic services, very rude owner and staff both. use local products got makeup done on 12th october from them and you know what my liner and lashes was washed away just after half an hour leaving from parlour .have one more booking with them but will not avail there services again.

Highly untrained staff, I went there for a clean up and came back with scars all over my forehead because the beautician there dont even have a basic knowledge to not pop out a pimple/acne. I paid 450 here just to go back and pay a dermatologist to treat these scars.
