I must say their representatives are very helpful, they had listened to our requirements very carefully and planned our trip in a budget friendly manner. Was on a Garhwal trip with Kumaon Holidays from 30Sep19 to 10 Oct19. The promptness of your mails and booking has been impressive as in my earlier trip with you. The trip this time was also good. The exception was Green Palms hotel in Lansdowne. It was the most expensive of the hotels given to me and the worst. It is 5 kilometres away from Lansdowne. Has no view because it is on the wrong side of the road. Food and facilities are very ordinary. Other hotels were good, especially Anant Villa in Uttarkashi.

We recently went to nainital and booked a cab from them. They took more charges from me stating that there was a long journey from Bhimtal to Delhi. I also agreed as I thought of trusting a company rather than individual driver but on the second last day they took entire money from me on the pretext of car repair and servicing and actually withdrew their innova and gave us at the mercy of a freelancing driver . Isnt this cheating.
