Worst experience ever had. I gave my laptop twice to them and still facing the same issue again and again.

Purchased dell laptop from Himcom System ( Durga City Haldwani ). They said, if any issue (harware & software) in laptop under 1 month expects burning they will repair.2nd day when I was checked laptop, I found there is lot of issue in laptop like battery not charging above 39%, speaker not working, screen problem-screen white spot, heating problem- laptop shutdown suddenly, keypad not working properly. So I will inform by massage himcom owner, He said me sent laptop in shop we will repair it without any charge. After sending laptop, they said me they will change speaker and battery and parts coming from Delhi. After few days they will not picking my call and take my number in blocked list. The behavior of staff very bad. I will try another number they have asked me, I have to pay for speaker or battery. When I asked which thing you have give 1 month warranty, they had no answer.very disappointing..totally waste of money…going for legal action.

I dont think it deserves a star.I purchased a laptop from this shop in April 2020 and after a month my system is not working properly.When I went to HP care they tell me system warranty is expired and they can solve the issue.Now I am going to raise this concern to HP so that no customer will feel cheated.Please dont buy laptop from this type of store.
