The doctor, staff and infrastructure is good. But you may have to wait for an entire day and still not get the test done on same day as it is too much crowded.

Pathatic and un-organised service. Patience are sitting since 10 in the morning and its 4pm still waiting for update. Even staff member dont know when and what will happen. All they have to say is wait

On 17 th june we went over there in the morning 10: 30 oclock for CT scane or Ulta Sund..till 4 oclock we got no for ulta saund.People were coming by reference they were getting quick bt who doesnt know any over there ... They r waiting waiting waiting....that sitReceptionist staff doesnt have maner & attiqute how to tolk with the people

For Back xray they took seven attempt even it was not not clear after seven attempt .no staff who can take responsibility ,very poor service and staff.think when ever you go for investigation .

Experience was bad. Staff was unprofessional in attending the customers. Despite repeated request, no reply about service was provided. Worst thing was the management of customers. My actual no. was 10 while in reality i was diagnosed after 23 customers.

I wouldnt trust Chandan Diagnostic anymore. They repurpose old reports and present them to you without bothering to run a test with the new samples. We came to know when we run the tests at a different facility. Mind you, this was a ceratinne test. Any wrong report could have led to a life-threatening situation. Whats more, when confronted they did not accept their fault. On saying that we will post a review online, the response was daal dijiye.This isnt the first time too. One of my relatives had gone for a report on suspected hernia. Chandan Diagnostics reports calimed all was good. No hernia. When tests were run at a different pathlabs the hernia was confirmed and an operation had to be performed.Save your money and your life. Do not trust Chandan Diagnostics with your health and life.

We found the service staff at Chandan diagnostics Haldwani were low paid employees that sounds in their attention towards their duties and responsibility shown towards customers n patients. About more than 10 staff could not able to manage 10 customers.Very bad experience we go and will never recommend anyone to go to Chandan.Dr Anfal

The staff here does not give the correct information, an ultrasound report which is found in 15 minutes, here it is available in a minimum of 3 hours, anytime herePlease remember God before you leave. Only God can save you from the bitter experience happening here, or else your setting should be here.
