First time visit this place before two days. Quite nice place with good decorations and nice place to park your vehicle. Upper dine area well decorated. Basement was specious and well maintained. Liquor area is available but not open yet. Food is good but not above good. Few cons staff lacking in communication which affect the service. Most of the dishes was expensive and not upto mark. No discount available here. Music service not good in basement area. I give 3 star to my whole experience for this place. Visit once and make your opinion about this place.

Virus Bistro is a regular dining place for me. One of the most honest place to eat. By honest I mean, you get what you want. Homely good, good serving by gentle staff and reasonable cost. Any of your uncomfort, that to very rare is dealt with polite and sincere hospitality to relax you. Just great place.

Our Favorite destination in Haldwani.Food is good and affordable too.They used to have live music band also Parinday-Acoustic band which was the highlight of this place , however I think they are not playing any more.Surely , we missed thier presence during our recent visit.Staff is good and place is also spacious with open terrace .

Best place to visit while driving on NH , as there is easy approach with proper parking which is essential during resting , meanwhile the food is good , facility are better than any other places.

Nice hotel. Dining is amazingly decorated.You can see the beautiful wooden work here.Food quality is extremely super. Its too yummy to resist. Things which I think needs to be upgraded are first, the generator facility should be available so that even the electricity is gone, the customer can enjoy A.C. The inverter facility is available here for electricity backup. And the second one is set top boxes. Here, in the room, there are set top boxes of DD direct plus not even local cable connection so that you can enjoy star or sony or colors. If these things are sorted out, I highly recommend it 5 star but now its 4 star.

Had a horrible experience. I was served Raw chicken, and when I complained the manager of the restaurant told me that the chicken was well cooked and he would not help us.Everytime there is a problem or the other with their billing. A plate of fried eggs sometimes cost 55 rupees and sometimes the same plate becomes of 120. Similarly if you would order cold coffee without ice-cream or with ice cream it might cost you the same despite the price difference mentioned in their menu. The staff itself is very sleepy. You order fried eggs they will serve you half boiled eggs and might even hear fried veg when you say fried egg😂😂 Horrible horrible restaurant. Should definitely be banned!!!

The place would have been fair if the Manager at the counter would have been helpful and good.This sirdi is a very uncooperative person and not fit for the place like this. If he is from the restaurant family then he should be immediately removed from the place.

It is one of the good location in Haldwani where you can enjoy food. Food is quite good specially non vegetarian food. Veg is good but it could have been better. There is a lots of space available for occasion like engagement or marriage. You can book this for small parties like birthday or get together. I was here for my one of friends engagement. Evening dinner could be a option as well as they have open roof.

Had worst experience.. we had a small lizard served in white pasta we had ordered ...the moment my wife shouted .. they took it away in flash and didn’t let us take pictures .. asked them that we need camera feed .. all including manager silently left .. we kept shouting wid staff .. we left premises as we had no food inpector numbers in Haldwani .. we later got to know 2 of Sardar guys at counter we’re owner and son .. who acted as staff and kept telling owner resides in Delhi
