Irresponsible dealership. Nothing is available, no catalog nothing to see the accessories. They will call you but the bike wont be available there... Fraudulent people .. They will eat your precious time .. with lies and corrupt behaviour..

Company Jawa and the bike I bought is simply great. But this dealership in Haldwani is irresponsible, managers are liars. The whole dealership made my buying experience shady. This dealership is Irresponsible, unwise, unreliable, untrustworthy and the owner and managers are dishonest.

Went there for service, the reception staff took 30 minutes just to fill the job card had to wait till then, after that they said someone will come and take your bike to the workshop, No one came after 10 minutes i took my bike on my own.The head mechanic there does not work he just directs his assistant to get the work done, also they do not have parts available plus the work is so slow, it is so slow that i am being forced to write this negetive review while i am waiting for the bike to get service done, also this was 3rd service.

Very irresponsible dealership ...booked perak Jan 20 they said to deliver on April 20...but no response from there side till june.......so I said to cancel my booking n refund my to earlier owner whom I know ....but now ownership changed...n as they say I called n mail them for refund of money .....so many times but there is no response from there side till date....dont know 10000 booking amount leke kaahan jayengeee.....dont buy java bike from such irresponsive dealership.....jiske owner hi change ho ja rhe h..............now its been 1n half yrs not received my money...

By far the most terrible experience I have had from a dealership, the showroom is filled with unprofessional people with no clue of what they are doing and also out of the box policies.The bike is best in class and I have had a very good experience riding it but the problem is the dealership.The overall experience from buying the bike to first service has been terrible.I went to the service centre for first service it was promised that the bike will be ready in 1 to 1.5 hours but after standing on their head for 3 hours is when I got my bike and guess what the bike was not even washed.I have paid 1650 for a free service and the dealership didnt even had the time to wash it which is a basic for all service centres and guess what the service centre is equipped with staffing of a single person can you believe it its an authorised service centre for a dealership with such reputed name and there is a single person working in it where will he get time to service the bikes he just simply changed the engine oil and handed over the bike.If anyone is planning to buy a Jawa please its my humble request do not buy it from this showroom, please invest your hard earned money into something much useful or rather go for a different dealership like Rudrapur.The bike is awesome and you will enjoy it a lot, just want to save everyone from the pain that I have encountered.Ps - Incase you are planning to buy the bike please carry cash with you the dealership will not accept any other payment mode since they want to save all the money on taxes and in case you insist on paying by card they will tell you that they will charge extra tax amount on the commodity.

Showroom staff is not showing interest in customer service, or they dont have knowledge about bike.

The sales boy is very rude and shows no interest in customers. Hes quite unwilling to answer any questions or provide details.We believe Jawa should take it seriously as it impacts its sale severely. There should always be more than one attendant at the showroom.

I was there to test ride Jawa 42, and have a hands-on experience on this beauty. I submitted the Xerox of the Driving License and went for the ride. The bike runs great, and obviously looks stunning. The ambience of the showroom is good, and maintained.

Too much time consuming

Bad experience with Jawa Haldwani Showroom! I have cancelled my booking and from last 2 months i am waiting for the refund of the booking amount. Whenever i call showroom guys, they tell me to send a reminder over mail. Request all to take on writing before paying booking amount.
