Great food, amazing ambience and brilliant service by Malkeet Singh. Had a great time!

The new menu from the royal kitchens of India is definitely worth trying.  The Paya soup was just right. Angara Chicken is definitely the star. Plenty options in terms of Veg / Non Veg to choose from.Food - 4.5Service - 5Absolutely pocket friendly for a 5 star hotel.

After trying to get a table in Tiamo, which was crowded, we tried to go to the Indian restaurant of the Conrad Hotel. At the time we arrived (7.45 pm approx) 90% of the tables were empty. We were told that it was fully booked, so we decided to go to the panasian restaurant on the other side of the lobby. There we had a nice dinner and were greatly served. After our dinner in Mikusu (21.15 pm approx) out of curiosity, I wanted to see how crowded the Indian restaurant was, so I just walked in. What was my surprise when I found out that the restaurant was still EMPTY. You could tell that there had not been any guests since all the tables were perfectly set! The maitre approached me to ask what I needed. I just told him that I just wanted to see how crowded the restaurant was since he had told us one and a half hours before that it was completely booked, but that I saw that it was absolutely empty. He was so ashamed and surprised that no words came out of hes mouth. I just turned around and went away without understanding how a restaurant can afford to treat customers like this.

Amazing ambience , humble and polite stuff . Place is on slightly expensive side if u do not have any dining membership but its better to check. Restaurant mostly owners all membership and it becomes reasonably priced after that . I would say food is 4 star here , non veg is better than vegetarian.

The food was very good. I went for my first marraige anniversary celebration. The staff was very courteous and provided their best service. I had specified to them about jain vegan menu to be added to their normal menu, which they promptly did. Our guests left extremely satisfied with the food and service.

The ambience is fantastic. The food mediocre.... The 2 stars is for the ambience and service..

Food quality is great no question on taste but the kind of service is something made me to give only 2 stars. To start with there is a huge wait time, even though they provide thalis it took 30 to 35mins to bring these thalis and then they ask if you want to repeat any dish and if you say yes and opt for something then wait for another 10to20mins and on top of this they some time forget to bring what you have asked for.

It was sheer luck that I went to Indian Durbar - Tiamo was getting decked up for New Year, had to cancel. The Food was top notch- we ate vegetarian, it was so yummy that nothing was left on the plate. It was great to see chef Amrik enquiring about the food... It was Punjabi flavour at its best. The creativity and taste of Genasu Sonay Shabhakki (Sabbakki - Sago) Goli was outstanding- I literally emptied the chutney cup, finger lickingood. Pilla Mirch Broccoli Kebab was perfect for my taste - had the crunch. The paneer in the Nizari Korma was exquisite, the sauce was full of flavours - it was a little underspiced for my liking, that said, it was in line with authentic Korma. My favourite drink was Masaledar Guave..with a cinnamon piece... Overall great lunch to end the year... Great Ambience, Thank you...

3 for taste and 4 for service. Expected a better ambience but it wasnt too great. Friendly staff and chef, who personally stopped by and enquired about the food taste.

This hotel will not allow you inside if you are carrying a laptop with some extra cables. Worst experience ever I had. I had to wait outside the hotel for more than 40 mins that to at 6 am. Be careful, if you want to enter this hotel even with your laptop they will ask you to enter from service gate that too after making a delivery challan. Ridiculous security policy. Mr. Antony from security department was really rude to me & was arguing early in the morning

The name is deceiving.As much as the royal the name is, the whole experience has been quite the opposite and very shoddy and pathetic.Its a place where I will never go again even if I dont need to pay for it. I had rather fast for a meal than have a meal here.Location - Conrad, UlsoorReservation - I had booked via Dineout, got 50% off on Food bill and hence the pain was less. Had I paid the full amount, it would have been a criminal waste.Ambience - Looks plush, but very dull, only 2-3 staff which gives and an indication of how fewer footfalls this place gets.Service - Pathetic. Was seated at 8:30 PM, we left at 9:50 PM and we ordered exactly 1 Soup, 1 Starter, 1 Daal and 2 pieces of bread (Amritsari Kulcha and Millet Roti). We placed the order for main-course at 9 pm and after repeat reminders, we got it at - 9:45 PM. How much times does it takes to make Black Daal 2 Pieces of breads?Food - What we ordered :1 Tamatar Dhania Shorba - Full of red chilli powder, hardly palatable.1 Dahi Ke Kebab - Horrible. It such basic dish is so many Indian restaurants and surprised that a 5-star can mess this up. This was fried, kebabs are inherently supposed to be made in the tandoor.1 Daal - Ok1 Amritsari Kulcha - left 70% of it as it was like eating raw flour.Total damage - Rs. 1196 (this after 50% off food bill deal on Dineout).Regret wasting money here.Neither I intend to go back here nor I would recommend anyone to go here.
