Ulsoor post office service is very very horrible. One has to wait atleast for half an hour to get their entry done in a line of 5 to 6 people. Most of the time it will be server down and they dont provide proper information. Previously post office use to accept transaction till 3 but now they accept the transaction till 12pm or till 1pm afternoon, after which they dont accept any transaction, but the post office will be opened till 5pm.

Waste for time . Phone number always busy mode . If u cal any time same . No use for call .

I have gone to many post offices and had a good experience always. But this one is horrible.Even for a small thing, they wil make us wait or go multiple times.

Its show 9am is open but still its not open

The ladies staff are very rude and not helpful at all for the customer

90% of time is server issues!! When you go there to play money on the given date, they have some system issues everytime!! Worst experience not all the times.

Pathetic staff, anytime you go the standard response is server is down, cant do it now. For a small work also they will make the customer visit multiple times. Extremely annoying.

Very worst service. Soo much unhappy. They can’t even pick up calls. Also it’s been more than 2 weeks. I haven’t received my parcel. Also if I call the head office nobody knows where the parcel is. The tracking app has no update at all.

Came here for revenue stamps .got them here.good staff.but had to wait a little bit as only 3 staff will be there.u can even pay electricity bills here.

Please dont go for this post office, is it is any important work. All the time server down issue. Speed post & Registered post will not be available. I think in a year this both services will works only 2 months. its not a good service.

Officially called as Halasuru Bazaar Post Office, this is a cozy little post office serving almost all kinds of postal /banking services provided by India Post. Compared to an average post office this post office is clean with granite floored stairs, in a moderately clean locality. The furniture is not the latest and does not have the red and white combination that most post office in India now have.Yet the staff is friendly and customers are served with a smile and one usually does have to wait for long, except when there are long ques.Its a 5 minute walk from the Halasuru metro station and Halasuru traffic police station.

Called the post office to check the status of a tracking post, however a lady picked up and rudely hungup after saying, please check the same yourself as i have to go out . this is rude behavior and after that no one is picking the call.. this is during the working hours.
