Initially it was not goodrgood when I have taken a unit through square yards but after I met suman roa,he has worked hard and guided well to get my returns everymonth thanks to that special person and persistently you continue the same and square yards consultancy.

It was a great experience with Square Yard Noida team in initial process of buying the property. But after purchasing, I have found lack of response from Noida team and sometimes they were also no picking up my calls but square yard Gurgaon team helps me and resolved my queries.

Very very bad, Respond of concern CRM tream not responding, not lifting the phone, and not resolving any single problem. I invested 3 major project throw square yard, I suffered lot, and still I am suffering lot more, but I am not getting any single help from square yard.Square yard they are very active in initial stage to get the people and making customer to builder after showing lot more assurance and promises, once registered or booked the unit, they will hide completely or people are changing and replacing without our knowledge, then any issue or problem come even they cant lift you phone nor responding to mail. This is what my personnel experience with square yard.

Worst company by all standards. I have worked as a channel partner with Square Yards where Mr. Madhukar Babu has promised to deliver the amount by 3 months. Now its been close to two years not even a single penny has delivered. Top of that he doesnt pick the calls nor even reply to messages which was not the case at the time of booking. My sincere advice pls dont work as Channel partner to Square Yards.

He is very genuine and proactive guy who is ready to help and resolve any of my issue as fast as he can.And also as other reviewers pointed out, there were some cases where project didnt takeoff because of builder issues. In those cases Square yards came forward and helped me to take back money from builder. They are always in need for you.

Suare Yards are No.1 cheats.. Square yards will introduce to the builders and conive with them to cheat the customer..Once the amount is paid they disappear from the scene. Do not believe these guys.. they are gullible talkers.. Make payment at your OWN risk..

They are a fraud company.they will make you scape goat to get funds and suggest all projects which is going under lot of troubles. They are very smart on portraying good picture of the fraud builders. They will hike the price then work out a good discount, so people may feel they have got a good deal from square yard. In reality their only focus is to make good commission from builders. Once the deal is done and your suffering starts from all reality, you will find it very difficult to get in touch with the square yard executives. Please stay away from them.

I was fortunate to get proactive RM who responds to my grievances promptly. Expect the organisation to have dedicated recovery cell to assist customers to recover their investment in project which has turned bad.

Square Yards provides real estate opportunities more who want invest in domestic and International. Ishant wadhwa support is very good and he has good patience and cleared all my queries with out any hesitation. The way of his approach is awesome .

They are not refunding my money. They have promised that the booking amount will be refunded (Rs 21000) if you want to cancel it later. But the Marketing person Kundan Rai and another person Mohan is not responding me properly and its been a month i am chasing them for refund.

Worked with my RM Nitish on a Emprassa project for Bangalore. I had lost trust at one time in the project due to various reasons.. Nitish restored the faith again and helped me resolve queries. He took calls even at odd hours and got the whole thing rolling.. I would rate him as one of the best people I have worked with.

I would like to share few words about squaryards. they are utter frauds. they keep calling you and pushing you to book a flat. and they ask you to give good feedback without being worked for it. Please keep yourself away from these frauds. they dont respect you.. cheaters.. I dont like to give even a single star. But no option available to post reviews without the star.

I’ve very good experience with Prashant who handled me from India. He tried helping me voluntarily in many cases. But the team in Qatar is pathetic. Only wants sales but none bothers about customer service in Qatar.
