Had reduced the glass after water was leaking. Again same issue within 15 days. Asked to come at 10am to remove and redux properly. Came at 10am sharp, it is going to be 12pm. No technicians available and manager is at loss to explain why nobody is there. Pathetic service

Very unprofessional service. Quoted price for Saint Gobain windshield and they returned the car with Asahi windshield. When I spoke to them at 12 pm, they confirmed that Saint Gobain glass was available. A few hours later, they returned the car with Asahi glass and I had to call them to find out the reason. Then they told me that Saint Gobain was not available, so they themselves decided to replace with Asahi glass without even informing the customer! After some bitter talk over phone, they offered to replace Saint Gobain glass the next day. I had to wait one more day and the fitting had to be done twice. Now I am not sure of the quality of the fitting. Hope it wont leak.The company might have a better profit margin on Asahi windshield which is possibly the reason why they sold it without my consent. But, its unethical to decide your own brand without intimating the customer.

They did the job without intimation to Insurance and fooled for couple of months saying my claim is under process. Never pay bill upfront. Go cashless.
