I would recommend everyone to keep away from them, as they will never provide you any proper support, and solution to your queries.For every query you need to raise a ticket and the solution will be provided next day, which in this line of work is not even close to possible.I am one of the lucky buyers , who bought their OMR reading and processing software for 65K ( professional version ) . They sold me telling that this is a lifetime fees.But as my system got corrupted I had to format it, and the software was lost. When I called them for the files, they asked me another 14K for providing the files of the software., stating that they dont keep files for the previous version and will have to buy the new version. ( Than why a lifetime fee)The new version of the software on their website did not work with the HID device they provided me.
