Big bazar is very good place for shopping but in food zone billing section takes too much time it could be improved

All good but waiting line for billing waste a lot of time. They have 4-5 counters for billing but i have observed that only 2-3 runs at a time due to which customers has to wait. Sometimes I go inside and fill my shopping bucket with my products and then I see the big waiting line. I immediately drop the idea to shop at that time and came outside without anything.

Big Bazar is my go-to place for home needs! At Big Bazar, I found quality products at a reasonable price. However, the best time to visit Big Bazaar is when the sales are on. Especially, the Big budget days!

Mall is OK neat and clean on the gate security guard properly and hand senitizer avalable on gate but shop are close and few brands are not available

There are two Big Bazaars in Gwalior. The newly constructed Big Bazaar is placed in front of Railway Station Gwalior. A good range of stitched garments, footwear, glassware, stationery items, utensils, kitchenware, toys, cosmetics, dry fruits, home appliances, snacks & other eatables are available. All products with satisfaction price can be available of different brands. Overall a good experience.

This is the same big bazaar like all bit there is no tech area, apart from that you can access all the things some of them like clothes area for men and women, children area, food department.

Store have lots of thing for household use. It also have electrical items but i prefer do not buy elctrical item from there.

I think in big bazaar dont have anything because it only have his brands product.You dont able to get different type of biscuits,chocolates and beauty products. actually you dont get variety of products, you can only get his brand product. I thinks. kumar mart is much better than big bazaar

Used to be good spot for shopping but after recent changes in Future group it seems they are less concern about this chain. U wont be getting necessary items easily available at this place and the stock is generally kept very low. Still looking for some other alternative for a one shop place for everything.

Poorest possible management service from an national/international brand outlet.Staff on counter leaves in between ,even if customer is being waiting irrespective of the que present.Too much waiting on counter.Except for Hand santizers at gate couldnt see any other covid safety proctols being followed.If you have any carry bag while entering the gate,the guard will staple your carry bag as if accusing everyone of stealing.I wonder do they want to say customers are theif ,planning not to visit ever again.Very limited variety for calling this outlet as Hypermarket.

Amazing collection but winter collection is a bit less. However kurtis, palazzo and skirt collection is amazing. They have maintained social distancing too very nicely.
