Gopal ji is very very helpful and attentive to customer queries and issues. He goes out of the way to help customer with the parcel delivery. This is the reason I would say this branch is running since very long time as he has won confidence of customers and they come back again for business. I myself doing business with this branch since more then 10 yrs.But unfortunately, IF YOU HAVE ANY IMPORTANT AND URGENT PARCEL TO SEND TO PUNE PLEASE NEVER EVER USE DTDC. ro doge.... Kasam se. Your parcel will be delayed unnecessarily by Pune main branch and there is no one you can speak to get exact status. No fault of this branch but the receiving branch.I hope someone senior at DTDC is reading this and take corrective measures.

I prefer DTDC services next time also. Staff was good my courier delivered on time . Delivery charges depends on location and weight of your item. There last luggage pickup time is 5 pm so try to drop your items before 5 pm.
