This review is for Gwalior Branch.Absolutely useless for placing an order online. Twice I placed the order, prepaid, and on both occasions Jio cancelled my order without any update/intimation. Speaking with customer care, they had just one reply - order has been cancelled due to technical reason - but provided no further details.I have no problem if order is cancelled but they should inform the customer. Expecting the customer to track the status manually only for the customer to realize that order has been cancelled is just bad service.

Reliance smart Gwalior situated in city center , in front of Reliance trends. Store is having wide range of products, they offer fair discounts. Store is having its own parking behind the store. Always park there, or else police will take ur vehicle if u park in no parking zone. You can use ur sodexo meal pass.

I wish more registers are open at a time to avoid crowd at the exit gate. The place also feels a little cramped while shopping . Others you will find most of the things that you need and the staff is pretty helpful.

Shopped on 31st march last day of discount. Groceries were cheaper compared to big Bazaar and other big marts in Gwalior . Variety of products are good but vegetables were costlier . Inexperience was showned by staff during billing .Had to manually put groceries in the cart by self . There was no counting of bags even security guard didnt bother to check bill properly . Lets see if reliance smart is able to maintain lower prices regularly not just because of new store opening .Update - Did grocery shopping again and groceries were cheaper on 31st just because of offer and store opening . Groceries are costlier compared to big bazaar , Same staples were distributed at different racks for no reason which just shows inexperience . This is a two-floor supermarket by reliance in city centre area of Gwalior. You can get all items for your daily needs / every day use. This is actually the biggest of all the superstores (After BigBazar ofcourse) in Gwalior.

The reliance Smart is not very attractive and the items sold in it are stale and outdated. Its better to shop at Anand Mart if you are at Gwalior. Big Bazar is also considerably good.

The store has a decent collection of items pertaining to grocery and household items. However, the attitude of the staff is poor, they are extremely slow in scanning the items and have not marked their POS as cash only or card only. Social distancing in the store has been thrown out in the wind.Wake up Mr. Ambani. Customer satisfaction at your stores are low. Ask your customers what they need, dont give them what you want.

A nice place to go for grocery shopping, youll find everything from vegeatables to led bulbs including led luggage bags and basic stationary. One can usually find most of the items at discounted rate( usually 5-10% depending on the category).They also have a dedicated parking beneath the plaza. Some special combo offers are also available sometime. It is better yo go in the morning or in the afternoon because it gets highly crowded at night sometimes.
