BUYER BEWAREI would rate in minus to the services of this company. If you have the capability to write your own project, I would recommend you to never ask ROOTS TECHNOLOGY for thesis writing. I have attached the proof as well. The kinds of mistakes they have done is unbearable. You can read and understand how poor English they use. No grammar, nothing.. Even law has been changed to alter the meaning, just to remove plagiarism.They stated in written contract that the work will be done in 1 day, still delivered in 10 days, with 10000000 mistakes and after ignoring not less than 10 calls. I had to literally run after them to know when will I get the work.They said, we will provide less than 20% plagiarism, but used exclusions to bring it under 20. In reality, even plagiarism was not removed up to mark.My whole money is wasted.. When I asked for refund, they just shifted all blame on me that its my fault I could not find these mistakes when doc was shown on google meet.My biggest mistake was trusting them. If u r a good student and quality of work matters to u, NEVER EVER go to this company.They will only do fraud by providing such bad quality of project, which no intelligent teacher can approve.

Buyer beware! Thats all I can say about them. I will blame myself for not doing due diligence before handing my money to them. i have worked with some amazing web developers in the past and due to my go-to developer being on a holiday, tried roots technology for a campaign we were planning to launch. As i was in a hurry i made the advance payment on the same day so things get started fast. After one day we discuss the project in detail and i realize that they dont understand some basic terminologies.. I lost my confidence then told them i dont to get started for now but they did not refund me even work was not started at all and after a heated conversation stopped responding to me i have no option left but to write this so others dont lose their money to an incompetent firm

Havent been there for 7 years.It used to be an awesome place to learn and pretty sure with Abhishek Sir it should still be the same.I honestly dont understand how people can confuse it with some MLM company. Dont know whether Abhishek sir takes some classes, if not people of gwalior are missing something for sure.

The staff is very bad they dont respond to your calls and delivering project too late.. I dont like doing reviews particularly bad ones but it has been too much with them.. I should have checked their google reviews before working with them

I am getting so tired of this, they were supposed to deliver my website before 2nd May, and now its 25th June. your company is supposed to help people build their business, but instead you take peoples money and never deliver them what they order.I am trying to call you from last 1 month and you rarely pick my calls and not responding to me. We have paid a hefty sum of 21,000 Rs to your company to build our website and you promised us to deliver it in 15 days and now its more than 2 months all I have at hand is a copy paste of a broken website that cannot be used for anything, also you and your team is not responding. I regreat the day I placed order with you.

Worst developers ever! They just care about your money and dont respond after they have it. Abhishek Rajawat took my money and stopped responding to calls and messages after that and refused to give a refund.

They took my money and gave me a useless website which a college student can make. Now he is not answering my calls. All my money is wasted.

I am extremely disappointed by this company they are a scam.I paid total ₹8000 for my 2 thesis writing. I GOT NO WORK FROM THEM.when i paid Mr. Abhishekh rajawat for the first work he gave me copy pasted work. I asked him to stop and return my money he did not returned my money back and did not made any change. For my second work Simultaneously i paid him ₹3500 to his personal google pay account. He did not gave me the work neither returned my money back. He didn’t even responded to my messages and call. I have all the proofs of my conversation with them. They tuk my money and didn’t give me any work. It was important for me to write this review to save others from the trouble.Please be careful before working with these people. I have paid TOTAL ₹8000 to ABHISHEKH RAJAWATs personal google pay account.I haven’t received my money back. No one responded. The owner should have some shame and look after this issue on how his employees are taking money from client not providing any work.
