Porwal computer is worst HP service provider of Gwalior. I bought an HP laptop in Mar 2019. He neither registered my MS Office nor did he share product key. Once I had to reset my OS. I realised that my MS Office account is not registered. I went to their shop for assistance and their indifference was visible. They didnt make any effort to help, instead their behaviour was very arrogant. Atlast, I had to take help from Microsoft online.I suggest, one should by a laptop either online or from a reliable dealer.

Genuine product and best price

Dont pay extra for the softwares/antivirus/accessories they provide. They add up almost Rs.1000 for that in base price. Owner also misbehaves after purchase is completed.
