Truly pathetic service... Very bad attitude... Worst customer service.. They repaired my laptop and charged me 2500 rs for just cleaning the laptop and next day only it stopped working... On taking back he said that he will repair it again and askd for 4100 rs... Worst worst worst ever.. Kindly not visit him.. Plus he disrespected a lady who was also there to mend her computer...
I gave my Acer Nitro 5 for hinge repair. After I collected it I noticed that the camera was not working. The screen sensor was also not working. I took it back for them to check and they told me that the camera was broken and refused to reimburse an external webcam for their own fault. Please do not give your important electronics for repair as they are incredibly unprofessional and refuse to take responsibility for their own mishandling.
The service is horrible. I will never give my laptop for servicing to them ever again
