They are best at spoiling special moments. Pathetic service, rude behavior. Purposely delayed my bouquet and when I called they told me to complain on FnP website, Jisey order diya hai ussi se baat kro and when it finally arrived all I get is old flowers.

They do deserve four starsThey hold varietysof flowers and plans and bouquets.You can even have single rose or a plan of tore it a bouquet of roseThey also deliver flowers to different cities.You can also attach a gift and some letters to make that specailI would have given thenm five stars but I find it a bit overpriced.You can also order flowers through there own websites.

Love the presentation created by the working police team. Better quality flower than any other place I know in gwalior.

Only reason Im not giving good review because the main owner there and the worker both were very rude to me and my sister.We were just asking them to show different colours of roses available so we can decide which ones to buy, the worker commented that zindagi me kabhi gulaab ya koi phool nahi dekha ya khrida kya We didnt reacted. Then the old owner uncle was poking us to do hurry we had an argument with them because of their bad behaviour. Also their shop was very tidy but flowers were good and they had variety.

Frens and Petals is like Barista of Cafés. Theyre expensive and nobodys goes there unless CCD is full and yet they are in every city trying to make a point of perseverance. But there flowers are good.Spoiler alert, they all die.
