When I look out for self drive options, punctuality of delivery and pick up, flexibility in terms of extending/ cancelling booking, car condition, and pricing are the functions as per which I select rentals. NE adventure had all the above ingredients in the correct places. Atop of these , the owner was reachable in case of any need(be it pertaining to the booking or otherwise) all throughout . 5 star without any second thoughts. Cheers 🥂

They have to be among the best car rentals in Guwahati if not the best. Nonetheless the best that I came across. They are very cooperative and the person I took the car from is so well spoken. Simply, just good vibes. Prices are also very inexpensive. Overall had an amazing experience with the NORTH EAST ADVENTURE. I am totally going to recommend them to my friends and family.

Had a great experience hiring car from North East Aventure. A special mention for Mr. Sudhanshu who has been very kind throughout the process. He delivered the car to the airport and picked it up from the airport. It was absolutely seamless for us to hire the car. The car we got was a Swift Dzire and it gave us no reason to complaint for the 9 days we had the car with us. All in all a great experience and will hire a self drive from North East Adventure the next time I am in Assam

The worst place you wanna go to book a self drive car.1st they neither respond to your messages nor your calls.I literally waited 10days for my reply which didnt even arrive till date.2nd they give an old car which you feel so pity you wanna put to garage yourself rather than taking it for a long drive.3rd they say, theyl provide a better vehicle best time for which you dont need to pay.4th when you try to confirm your booking few days ahead of your trip, they say you come on that day, vehicle is available.5th finally you call for your vehicle on the day and then you hear the vehicle is not available.Remember on the day of your trip when you dont get the vehicle you want rather you are told wait the whole day..........rest is for you to decide.My suggestion, dont end up yourself like me getting your head messed up by these kinda people.The worst place ever.

Very reasonable price. Cordial and friendly staff. Infact i found the entire booking and overall process much less cumbersome than other app based services. Overall, i am a very satisfied customer (and it was my first experiance with Northeast Adventure). I would definitely recommend it.

Awesome service with affordable price.We booked their car for whole week to roam around arunachal pradesh.The car was fully maintained and clean and best for the terrain we chose.The fellow Surdarshan with whom we were doing all the conversations has this passion of explaining each and every detail for the places we visited so we could enjoy the trip to the fullest. He was always explaining us the right path to take when we were new to the area, it saved our lots of time. He personally made sure that we are at ease as far as our drive is concerned. The best of services that one can get. Owner is experienced and very helpful rented bikes and cars multiple times and it never fails to suprise me. Timely delivery and cheap pricings a must if one wants to have a tour of North East. Also the vehicles are well maintained and damages are fairly recovered if any. Unlike other services which have hidden costs this is the best place to rent a vehicle.
