My grandmother developed a throat infection in the last week of May 2020So I took her to NEENTI in the first week of June 2020After her first visit she was suggested a gargle-medication and an antibioticOn asking about whether to continue with the medication she was already having we were responded with a YesWe were asked to visit the next week for a follow-up check-upMy grandmother had already undergone cancer surgery back in 2014 and I did mentioned that during both my visits... Also I carried her medical history reports in our second visitDuring the follow up check up my grandmothers infection was diagnosed as in recovery process and so we were told to continue with the previous medication for the next two monthsBut something didnt feel right to usThen we went for a check up at another place in the third week and there she was suggested to get a biopsy and a CT scanBy the time we got the reports it was already the end of June and the reports were suspicious of some abnormal cellsWe were then referred to an oncologistSo another biopsy and a PET-CT was suggested in the first week of JulyAmidst lockdown it took us another 2 weeks to get everything done because theres a lot of issue to manage transportation for usFinally when we got a confirmation about the cancer...it had already started metastasisHad we been suggested a bit earlier about a biopsy maybe during the month of June then we could have acted fastThe initial two check ups at NEENTI were totally wrong regarding the diagnosis

This guy is running a scam in the name of medicine. He couldnt diagnose my condition and prescribed me wrong and fatal medicines. Moreover, this guy used the same instrument inside my nose and then shoved it inside my mouth without sterilising it!! He didnt even wipe or clean it!I am speaking from my own personal experience, you should NOT visit him. He also charged me money for nothing, he did my tests and charged me about 3000 rs only to tell me that his computer is broken and i cannot have my test results. He disgusts me and his licence to practice should be removed!Extremely incompetent. Stop this sham before you kill someone.

The doctor is a very friendly and humble guy. Listens to what you have to say patiently and very professional. I had an ear infection few days back which was cleaned using microscope technology and I was seeing almost the entire process on computer screen. Hed shown me my raptured eardrum which seems to be the reason for frequent infectional outbreaks. I am thinking of going through a minor surgery. He is the best available in town in my opinion.

Dr Anjan Bhuyan is a very good doctor. We approaches in most deases. Sometimes patient have to wait for hours to meet him. Its better to make appointment and timing system so that patience dont have to wait long.

This doctor got some magical hands,I really had some massive wax build up in my both ears,Which gave me serious problems in hearing,I knew i have to clean it up ,So i went him.The doctor was really a friendly person.It took only 15 minutes to do the wax clean up process.Now i hear everything like before.I must say he is the best ear surgeon.My bro also had same problem few years back mr anjan was who did same for him.The doctor has given me a new life .Thank You and god bless u.

My relative went to get a check up done with Anjan Bhuyan. Our meeting with him was horrible and it left us completely drained. This was how our experience went with him.We visited him sometime around Jan or Feb 2019. On reaching the spot, we noticed that his chamber was in some shady nook of Ganeshguri. We should have left then! But since the appointment was already taken, we went inside. Inside the chamber was full of mosquitoes and extremely dirty. On meeting the doctor, he immediately suggested that my relative go for surgery! That was very shocking! After that, Anjan Dutta said that we should do a few tests to which we agreed. We went to get our tests done and the doctor, he put an instrument inside my relatives nose and then used the same thing inside his mouth! He didnt even sterilise it! We were stunned! We didnt know what to do! We wanted to leave but had no option! In between he was taking numerous phone calls! And once the test was done, he left to talk to someone on the phone and never came back. The nurse let us out. In the reception the receptionist saw that he didnt mention any medicine so he went back to forcefully prescribe some medicines that we didnt even need! Overall, we were charged around Rs. 2800 and after we paid we asked for our test results. But after accepting our money, they told us that the computer was broken and we wouldnt be given any results! We were aghast! We didnt know what to do, but we decided that very day that we would NEVER return.To sum it up, Anjan Bhuyan is a quack. A real doctor never advertises himself like he does on Google because he or she doesnt need to. A doctor shouId not advertise! I believe affordable healthcare is everyones right and to snatch it from someone is a crime! If you have any serious issues, you should visit either Dr. Gautam Khandan or Dr. Bikash Choudhury of Health City hospital.

After spending ₹2000 and 10 days with no positive results, I had to give 1 start to this place. The same problem was solved in 3 days after visiting Santhigiri Ayurveda Clinic at Rajgarh where i was given 15 days medication at ₹500.

Thanks to Dr. Anjan Joyti Bhutan for your continuous effort (during last 6 year) of serving of people of Sarthebari and near by through *free ENT check up camp* with our NGO SRADDHA. Hope to be continued further.

You might want to know how?So, I am sharing the experience that I had very recently.I went to this clinic (my bad) with my sister (the patient) as it was nearer to my place of stay. The doctor said that she (my sister) would have to undergo a microscopic cleaning procedure for which the receptionist (the real culprit) asked to pay beforehand (₹ 800 in addition to ₹450 doctor fee that I had paid initially) so I have paid before the initiation of the cleaning procedure. But due increased pain in the ear while cleaning the doc told us to come after 5 days. So we visited the clinic after 5 days. The receptionist asked me to pay another ₹800 (for the same incomplete procedure that my sister had 5 days ago). I requested him to check his record as I have paid earlier (₹800 during my initial visit) and the cleaning procedure was incomplete, he told me to wait in the lobby and would call me. After 5 minutes he called my sister for the procedure (he didnt mention again about the fees before or during the procedure) so I thought he must have gone through his record. Now the real problem starts, after the cleaning procedure was completed the receptionist started to argue that I would have to pay the fees or would not allow me to go.After a long argument about having been informed earlier that I would have to pay for the same procedure twice, I had to pay him as I was getting late for another work and I didnt want an idiot (or a dacoit) to ruin my whole day.These type of clinics, hospitals and even some doctors dont have any moral values nor do concern about their patients, the only thing that they want is money for which they would use any means be it unethical on their part. These docs would never recommend a generic medicine as they wont get their commission from the distributer.So, I would suggest to avoid this clinic if you could or even if you happens to visit this particular clinic be very cautious about the procedures that the doc recommends confirm the fees for the same before the procedure starts or be prepared to get looted by these thug (ofcourse unless you have a deep pocket).*PS - The issue was never regarding the consultation fee or the fee charged for the cleaning procedure but the unethical method used by them. Had they informed me about their policy and would have requested me for the fee before the second procedure was initiated I would have happily paid for it.*A note to the owner - Try not to share a patients personal detail with third party without their consent.
