PURCHASED FRIDGE ON SAMSUNG RR21A2DYSB 198 LTR REF FROM GREAT EASTERN ZOONALI BARUAH ROAD, OPPOSITE OF SBI ZOONALI BRANCH GUWAHATI, ASSAM-781024 DATED-28/07/2021 INVOICE NO. A1424/2122/01453. TODAY IS 08/09/2021 SO FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE TILL DATE WE HAVE NOT GOT ANY SUPPORT FROM BARUN DA NOR SAMSUNG TEAM. WE ARE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. PEOPLE IN SERVICE TEAM DONOT EVEN TOUCH THE FRIDGE. Further, he added that the technician will come to see it tomorrow. I agreed! Next day the technician came said to change the chiller tray done but still the problem is not solve the other technician coming and saying to close the fridge at night and on it in the morning. Funny right still, next saw a spark the genius people asking me to do a video to proof it! Physically touched me and coming drunk at my place please help me to get rid of this Fridge and company!! No safety for me. Please initiate the refund and pick up of the same. No service person please as they are not safe and I have been pushed by one of his service engineer.

Very bad behavior. They left my RS.74000 refrigerator at parking lot . No responsibility they have. They are even not receiving phone calls. Very dissapointed !

Most of the 5 star reviews appear to me to be from the friends and relatives of the owner/manager who is a Bengali gentleman. Please read my review for the horrible experience Ive had.On 11 October 2020, my technologically challenged parents went to purchase a LG LED TV that had been recommended to them by their friends. Despite being insisted to not create confusion, the attendant slyly went on to manipulate them to rather buy the Samsung LED TV - TU8000 50 inches - for an offer price of ₹53,000, against its normal price of over ₹65,000. Eventually, believing in all the perks they were told the said TV offered, my parents had to give in to the attendants persuasion. In a little over 6 months from the date of purchase, on 26th April 2021 to be precise, the display of the TV stopped functioning altogether and we were left to stare at a blank/black screen. Obviously, a TV whose display - not wiring, not os, but something as crucial as display - is damaged in six months of very light usage is a bad quality product. Ordinary mobile phones with heavy usage over several years would still have display intact if not for physical damage; ours was a rather expensive LED TV!I strongly suspect that the manipulation that my parents were subjected to was in order to get rid of bad quality stock that was hard to sell. A higher commission must have been tied to it.On 28th April, my mother called up the owner/manager Barun Chakraborty at +918240640416 and narrated, from hindsight, this disgusting experience. Mr Chakraborty convinced her that he would ensure that the TV is replaced by Samsung. My mother called him for next couple of days and he repeated his words. She was almost persuaded that he was going to oversee the replacement. Until he stopped picking up calls.On 2nd May, I decided to call him from my number and reiterate the entire experience and demand that he fulfill his promise. AND HE FLIPPED! Obviously, he denied us the replacement he had promised, contrary to his attendants word of mouth and his promise to my mother. My observation is that, all this while, he and his subordinates have been blatantly exploiting the average customer by alluring them with promises and guarantees they do not keep, and later abandoning them to fend for themselves. He and his people are next to being fraudsters! Shams, I say!I would warn everyone against ever purchasing anything from them, unless you are a tech genius who can tell the bad from the good from your industry-insider knowledge. PLEASE BEWARE!
