I liked the COVID protocol maintenance at ur store...

Worst customer service ever, I went to make a duplicate sim they sent me back and told me to bring the owner of the sim (my mother).The next day I went there, my 74 years old mother had to wait for 2 hours for the sim. An employee told us he will give us a token but he lied and let us wait for 2 hours, the other female employees were just gossiping and talking on their cellphone.

Very very bad experience. Very poor service. Late working. Not happy. Next time i never came back.

Location on main road , (zoo road).Very bad behaviour by the female staff.But after that my problem was solved by other female staff.Services is fast by Airtel .They dont know how to talk well with there customers and they dont behave well with customers.Everything is good except for that.The office was very clean and they was also taking care of the Corona virus (covid-19).

Couldnt go inside due to heavy queue outside the office premises. Seems the staff is not well equipped with proper queue management system. Had some important work, but couldnt finish the job unfortunately.

Very poor service. There are only 4 girls working here and the customer service is very unorganised. Better to buy a new sim. This place is horrible.

Pathetic customer service. The staffs are inefficient and have too much of attitude and rudeness. They were involved in arguments with 2 to 3 customers during my presence. Had to wait 2 hours to get an opportunity to speak to the staff whereas there were just 5 customers ahead of me. Classic example of inefficient customer service.

They are slow and inefficient. It takes 2-3 hours before your turn comes and you have to stand outside. They wont even let you sit inside and will make you stand in the Sun.The executives there waste hours on meaningless requests from customers, who wouldnt even buy a new connection. While genuine customers are often ignored. Moreover, the manager there does not come out and prefers to stay inside. Even when somebody asks to speak to her, she just ignores.In short, it is probably amongst the worst Airtel store I have visited. Dont visit this place. Write an email to airtel, they will get the things sorted for you.

Great store with exceptional staff and top quality service provided. I was warmly welcomed and had all my problems dealt with and resolved in matter of minutes. Special thanks to the manager Ms. Sanjukta Baruah. Shes extremely polite and warm.Thank you Airtel Zoo Road, Guwahati.

They gave me an appointment and told me to wait for 10 mins. And I waited for 40 mins, So I left.

Horrible woman sitting there as airtel executives. I went to port my number, she asked me to port it to a postpaid connection but i refused. she said sim would be active within 15 working days, came back home and when i went again after 15 days she bluntly replied that my port in request was cancelled without citing any reason. I asked her that they could have at least informed me about the cancellation on my alternate number, because thats what alternate numbers are for. And then she said the most disgusting line if you would have switched to airtel postpaid this wouldnt have been the scenario, and i even told you that i guess

Its in a very convenient location. One can locate very easily. Interaction with staff if so satisfactory. But I could not port to Airtel due to the scarcity of sim. Thats not okay.... There should always be enough...I mean may be thats okay for many of you. But I had to waste a lot of a day to get the port done but couldnt... My review is mostly refers to the service tl they are providing.

First time resolution is pathetic! For a simple postpaid to prepaid migration scenario, I had to visit these bunch of quacks thrice in a single week. Its a waste of time and energy!

Had the worst Experience. People are sitting here to extort money from customers in the Name of Airtel. I went to Port in from Vodafone to Airtel. I was asked to pay Rs1600 for FRC+PORTING Fee. I was shocked to hear that If I dont do FRC from their Store then my SIM will never get activated. That moment I felt like as if I am being EXTORTED. Please note that as per AIRTEL & TRAI there is no rule that says that a customer has to do FRC from their Store. Its just a Business stratergy to extract maximum money from customers through FORCED FRC.

I am out of station, From West Bengal, my Airtel Sim has been blocked from few hours, I dont know why,I go to Airtel zoo road center, they ask me for voter ID card, I have Adhaar card with me, as in West Bengal Adhaar card needed, I request them to give me Airtel new sim, they dont give importance to me, they ignore me, really I face many problem for them, worst experience with this Airtel service provider center....

Airtel Store is located at R.G.Baruah Road, Zoo Tiniali, opp to Zoo Tiniali Chandmari Side Bus Stop.. The place can be easily located by anyone, who is in need of giving it a visit.. A Big office for Airtel related issues, almost crowded, have to wait.. Visit it when u have free time or else u have to make an hurry..RB...
