One star because of your stuff behavior, today morning i go to exchange my shoes but your store team tell me that com after 12.30PM then they start exchange or com after other customer buy something from here...I call customer service representative he tell me that any time I can go any bata Shoes showroom I can exchange but this is what !!!

Nice shop...I brought this sports shoe!! Giving 4 stars because they charged for the carry bag😅...anyway not an issue but if you buy a product of 1500rs then obously the bag should be free!

A special kudos to the staff there. They are quite friendly and helpful as compared to other footwear stores. The personalised experience you get there is something to be cherished. All in all, a great footwear shopping experience. The new arrivals go a little over the budget, and the discount section is quite unlikable. They just throw the shoes on a rack beside the front door and call it discounted section. Makes you feel like a beggar buying from discounted sectuon even though you are paying a hefty amount for it.

Customer service is good. Stock is not adequate compared to the store size.
