Rooms are ok. Hotel is not yet ready to entertain business class or professionals. Daily need toiletries not of good standard. Shaving kit and dental kit not available. Breakfast has the same pathetic limited items. 1 boiled egg is issued to eat. Omlate is chargeable. Very poor service attitude. Unprofessional and blunt replies from staff.small utensils to serve food and charges are on higher side.

Good food, hospitable staff, AC cooled. Reasonably priced. Clean and hygienic. Awesome meal combos and food menu. Quick bites available. Only cons not accessible through lift and one has to climb quite a few stairs, also the washroom is a bit far away but is clean.

Perfect for budget travelers. Rooms are clean. Toilet not good. Shower Gadgets malfunctioning. Room was big but no window as such though not necessary in ac rooms. staffs are polite. Just like a parking bay and if any car parked there bit disturbing . Overall a budget hotel and good for business travelers.

For the last two days I am staying at this hotel along with my wife. seriously very very poor service indeed. just now we have ordered two fresh lime soda and they dont have it with them but to convey us that we have waited more than a half hour. some of them are as : 1. no adjoined bed at deluxe rooms. 2. very very poor service. 3. toilet is some what dirty with medium amenities. 4. most of the foods are good but yesterday we had a rotten fish item in our lunch. 5. slow in room service too. except location it is poor. I was interested to stay at this place after had some good feedback from my colleague but alas it is poor. I hope management takes prompt action about it.

I dont suggest anyone to stay at this hotel. I had a very bad experience in this hotel. Especially girls and couples please take it seriously, a bloody bastard (room service person) in the hotel will be peeping into the room windows as soon as you enter the room...none of the service people will knock the door before entering the room, they just bang the doors, just incase if you you have just enetered the room and didnt lock its a gone case. country people they are...Room has a window ac which has curtains that will be flying all the time and through those windows guys in the hotel peep into our rooms...bathrooms have a very bad ventilation which is almost an open bathroom type...I just checked into the room and noticed these things and informed recptionist over there, who looked least bothered and dint take any action on that person which shows the hospitality they are providing. I didnot even stay for 10 mins in the room, i have just checked out of the room..I suggest all the ladies not to prefer this hotel which has country and local people who give least respect to ladies..

Hotel staff is little inadequate in handling this particular matter.Concerns: Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. I stayed in this hotel when I visited guawahati. Rooms are inexpensive. Complimentary breakfast is available . Room service is also available.

A substandard hotel . The price charged for the hotel is high given the kind of infrastructure they had. The didnt even had recron pillows and instead provided with old cottonstuffed pillows that too had lumps in it. The flooring was dirty maybe because its very old as it has turned black in some places . Bathroom was also very ordinary. Linen offered was dirty and even the bedsheets were dirty. I know that the tariff charged for the room was low but the hotel is not even worth that as well. It was more like a Dharamshala which upgraded by installing AC and TV in its room. Thats it !!
