Its a totally fraud. They gave us Indian spitz puppy which was around 14k total including foods, medicines and bed.. After 1 day, I took the puppy to the veterinary doctor and doctor told us that he was suffering from a virus and the virus came from his mother. And so we decided to return the puppy but the owner told that they couldnt accept. After few minutes, the owner called a boy to take puppy from us. And then the boy came and took the puppy and he said that he only could give us 5k. We also agree but they didnt give money. And we called the owner also to give us money then owner told that he will give. And the next day, the owner gave us a screenshot and told that I gave. But the screenshot was a fraud. Then again we called and told that we are not receiving any money. After so many days we received money from that boy. The experience was seriously a horrible.The photo which I gave here is that puppy

I bought this aquarium from Singapoo aquarium and they charged me over 70k, no perfection and even the background moves with wind, no maintenance was given. In that 70k I got a small top filter with no sponge no media,3 pics x3 light, few java ferns, some rocks and driftwood. The tank started leaking right after 10 days and till date no apology , leave the apology, the attitude of the owner is great regarding his customers, he will treat as if you are asking him the stuffs for free.

The shopkeeper dosent have knowledge and price is very high not reccomended

Dont ever get an aquarium made by them, here’s why- I got an aqurium and only the cabinet below made by them for which it costed me 75k without any fish, filter or any other decorative piece...This is ridiculous, at first i didn’t consult any other pet store and thought that the price was fair but later i got to know that the price i paid was just too much for only the aquarium and the cabinet.

The owner is fraud ... And the dogs are not healthy

This shop is very flop, very less varieties of fish and all are very expensive. I stay in shillong and came to Guwahati to visit my grandmother, so I went to this shop near. In Shillong fishes are cheaper. Guppies there are30rs pair and guppies here are 50 pair and they were very small and sick. Plus the workers there dont even give attention, I asked a lady what was the price of the flower horn and 5secs later she called a person to say the price.*TATTI*

We bought a Shih Tzu puppy from this store. It was too young to be adopted. The owner told us that it was of 45 days but the vet confirmed that it was much younger. They lied about its age and vaccination records. When we asked them for the certificate there was no response from the owner. Apparently the pup was ill when we bought her. They even told us not to consult any other doctor regarding the pups health. We eventually lost the puppy and it was a dreadful experience. A huge FRAUDULENT STORE in the city. DO NOT GET A PET FROM THIS STORE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE FOOLED AND UNDERGO THE SAME PAINFUL EXPERIENCE.

Worst experience the owner is fraud

Dont buy any products or pet supplies (aquarium supplies) from this store. They give faulty products with high price and they change the prices according to their wish. Zero customer satisfaction.

We bought a beagle puppy from this shop. The puppy was too small to adopt and not 45 days old as told by them which was later made clear by doctor. No deworming done with the puppy. And whenever we called them( the owner) asking about the certificate, no response from him. And the certificate which they promised to provide is never received. And they repeatedly told us not to consult with doctors which is awkward actually.

My dog got CPV(parvo), canine distemper and worms within the first week. Apparently he was ill when we bought him. They gave false info.

The worst place to buy puppy from! I brought a puppy from here in September, which the pet shop owner claimed to have been a pure Breed Lhasa Apso. We later got to know from the breeder , from where the shop owner took puppy, that it was a mixed breed. However, we didnt lodge a formal complaint against him, as the puppy he gave us was undeniably cute. I trusted him again and went ahead with buying another puppy from him on 30th December 2020. The shop owner is a liar and fraud. He would fool you everytime regarding the deworming and vaccination of the puppy , and even abaout well being of the puppy. He lied to me about the puppys well being and vaccination. Not a single vaccination was done for the puppy, which was around 03 months old, and had illness in terms of its eyes having bacterial infection and its body as a whole. the puppy couldnt walk properly and even if it would do, it would tilt. Something was seriously wrong with the puppy. Not to mention here, the guy gave me this puppy while it was sleeping and had never shown me a single video of the puppy walking and running around, INSTEAD was arguing shamelessly , not accepting his mistakes. I had to go to Guwhaati the same day all the way from Shillong to return puppy, he took back the puppy after much argument, which he had to due to presence of 02 officers from paramilitary force that my dad had arranged. he made all of us fool that he would return money within 02 days, and he kept making silly excuses and fooling us around, being his nature. He finally returned money on 04.12.2020 after much efforts by the officers.Never to believe this guy, always ask for proof of whatever he claims about the puppy ,before buying the same. WORST EXPERIENCE.Doesnt even deserve a single star. Also, this guy keeps bragging main do number ka kaam nahi karta hoon, trust me! he is the one doing all that do number ka kaam!

This is a big fradulent pet chain operating across Assam. They dont provide vaccination records, lie that the puppies are from Bangalore while they are locally bred in unhygienic conditions. They have denegrated the genes of the puppies by continuous inbreeding. Their puppies usually have stunted growth as a result. Try NOT to buy from this shop.

Please do not buy dogs from here.They are charging more price.
