How dirty the service is. The workers are just uneducated, unskilled, unproductive, inefficient and unprofessional.At first, the uber will cancel the trip and they will then charge for the cancellation, how this is viable??You will cancel the trip and then you charge.Money comes from air or what?? I will never ever recommend this dirty service of uber to anyone. This had happened with me innumerable times.

Giving one star also not worth. Today morning I have booked uber bike and taken the service. Paid to driver Rs. 38 and went to office but driver cancelled my trip without my knowledge and uber charged me cancellation fee Rs. 15.42. I was trying to contact uber but failed too. This issue 2nd time happened within a month or so. First time also paid unnecessarily Rs. 15. This is ridiculous and cheating people. No customer care support number, no mail id. This time neither I will pay this amount and nor I will take any uber service in future. Stop cheating!!!! Be customer friendly.

Have gone thrw tht whn we book a uber , we get a call and if the dropping lication is not suitable the cab driver tranfers his trip to other cab. So aftr being transferred two three times the uber cab even doesnt cancels the trip and fr which we have to pay the penality or the cancellation charge . Why so ? What ever the services of the uber cab but the support of this Uber office is very customer friendly. One of ubers greedy driver which cab was used by my wife didnt want to return the mobile phone left on the cab but with the help of the uber customer executive we got the mobile.So whenever anyone face any such issue with your uber ride please visit or contact this office.I am giving 5* for the support provided by them.

Uber makes it convenient to go about but lately I have noticed that some drivers take pleasure in just cancelling after making us wait for long and that too making us pay the charges for cancellation.How unfair!!!Another thing is some drivers dnt even know the locations even after provding them live locations and the address.Drivers should be well versed with locations.

Hallow Uber,I had rated 5 because the driver was good enough but today morning when I was travelling towards udalbakra to Ganeshguri I had given Rs 500 to that driver ,my total fare was 79 rupees and then he return me only 20 rupees..and rest 400 he didn’t return..so I request Uber to refund my rest of the money as soon as possible..

These days the services of uber has changed drastically in a bad direction. Unprofessional behaviour of the drivers, just a word that can be heard from them everytime is Cancel and book a second one. And the second one repeats the same rhythm. Helpline numbers too doesnt works.

Good place.Officials are helpful and importantly polite.You will get the information necessary for your vehical.I asked them to give the contacts of some those drivers who trained with them and acquired a certificate,they simply refused to give such information due to some terms and conditions,so you could only get information related to your own vehicle and the vehicle must not be older than 2 yrs coz the pollution authority will not give permit to commercialise vehical which is older than 2 yrs,so guys if my review was helpful plz hit the like button.

I am not satisfied with uber service no.. In the uber apps the payment option are cash/card/paytm, but after booking maximum driver will not agree to go under paytm/card payment options. And they have not tell anything but when they reach for pickup that time they do not agree and cancel the trips..On that time the rider bound to bear cancellation charges on next trip, if they do not accept or cancel immediate after acceptance of rider request then no need to bear the charges but they do not....My question is if the driver does not agree to go through card/paytm payment then why the organization add this option.. I am totally dissatisfied with Uber eats ... I have joined a week before in Uber eats they manually setup my phone and active my Uber driver account... But after login for 3 days I HV not got any trips and when I visited the Uber seva Kendra they check and told me to wait for some time and its will resolve but all in vein today almost 7 days completed tilled now I HV not got any trips... I booked a cab...he came to the location outside the bye lane 3 and i requested him on the phone to enter inside bye lane 3 as the person who was about travel in the car is an old lady but he refused to come inside and told me that i will not come and after sometime he cancelled the trip and uber charged me with cancellation fee...this is unfair...as the driver was rude...he could have entered the bye lane 3...if the traveller is a young person than its ok...he/she can walk a little bit and come outside bye lane 3...
