Its a cosy place to hang out with the River flowing by the side. Although the capacity is limited but the ambience is good. One can enjoy the beautiful breeze on a windy day. Last but not the least, the food is fresh and tastes delicious. Must visit if one happens to be in the area.

The interior was so cute, it wasnt much spacious but it was cute. the service over there was good & also the breeze you get there from the riverdale is so good. the natural breeze you get kissed is really chilly. you can come here as a first met date or you can come here with some friends who you didnt met or wanna meet some friends whom you didnt ever met.this is the perf place for it.

Nice cosy small cafe facing the Brahmaputra river. The chocolate special shake was a delight to the taste buds. The area is pretty small but a good place to hang around with friends. It is at the first floor and the owner is polite and courteous.

Tiny and cosy cafe overviewing the Brahmaputra. There are only a few tables and a tree passes through the roof of the cafe creating a beautiful effect. Amiable and courteous staff. The food is great and the prices are in fact cheaper compared to other cafes. The most expensive item comes of ₹300. The interior designing is dainty and the food is prepared in front of your eyes. Actually it looks like a decorated dining hall with the attached kitchen. Ideal place for a romantic date or even a self date with the cold breeze blowing through the open windows. It opens quite early in the morning. I tried the Creamy chicken sandwich (which is served with fries, ketchup and mayonnaise) and brownie sundae. The sandwich was average but the sundae was delicious with lot of icecream. The over the top shake is the most popular. Great place to grab a sandwich or pasta when you are hungry af and your pocket demands consideration too.

A tiny cafe with few sitting arrangements. The cafe kitchen is live kitchen. A tree penetrated at the centre of the cafe decorated with lights is a sort of attraction for this place. River view is good as it is located opposite to the river side and on the 1st floor of a building. Food and service is fine.

Such a nice view of Brahmaputra, perfect for a Sunday brunch with the English breakfast platter. Simply loved the tiny niche nestled under a tree in three room.However the taste could have been better. Theres scope for improvement.

Nice, quiet place by the Brahmaputra river. The foods good but the view is even better. Its rather small and there arent as many seats as youd wish, so maybe go there with someone whose company you enjoy. (Highly recommend their Savoury Waffle Sandwich. Ask for some whipped cream on top/on the side. It might be a little difficult to eat but its worth it.)

The view and location of the place is the best part of this tiny little cafe.Its good for visiting alone or plus one.The place is really small so chances are high that you have to wait if you go in groups as the place is filled with students and college crowd the whole time.About the food,most of the items we thought would order were not available so had to settle for whatever was there.Had the chicken bruschetta which i liked and the OTT which is their speciality and is a must try.

An ambience which i can only encapsulate via the word unique. i especially love how this tree has made its home inside through the window. 400-ish for one. would recommend the spaghetti with meatballs anyday.

A very cute and cosy place, run by some really great guys!Have been there for breakfast/brunch, and have never been disappointed. Their menu is ideal for breakfast meals or a light evening meal. Its a quaint small room built around a tree, and they make your food in that same room!Their English Breakfast and pancakes are both brilliant options, and pair perfectly with either piping hot tea or cold coffee.

Its a really small place. Good thing is it opens up early in the morning. Tasted only a Butterscotch shake so cant say much about the food. Although a friend tells me they serve great pasta. Overall a decent place. If youre going as a group, you might wanna go to a bigger place

Its a long & honest review. Must be read till the end. I am posting this after visiting the place 2-3times.Cafe Riverrun is a good place amidst nature. The cafe is too small, which for me, is a negative point, only 8-10 people can sit. Center of attraction is the tree located inside the cafe, decorated with lights & photographs, it enhances the beauty of this place. Masala tea is amazing according to one of my friends. Mix Sauce Pasta is okay, garlic bread served with Pasta was really good earlier but I dont know what has happened to it now, there is no flavour of garlic in it. I think they have now started to serve plain toast instead. I have also tried Cake OTT Milkshake, which is served in a mason jar, well, it was only sweet milk in the jar, with chocolate cake on the edge of the jar with vanilla icecream on top of it, overloaded with cream, gems & oreo biscuits outside the jar for presentation &/or may be for taste. I found it so-so because it was not a Milkshake & only sweet milk. I had to put all the biscuits, gems, cake & icecream in the milk to make it better & yes it did taste much better.The staves dont give you Oregano-Chilli Flakes or tissue papers. You need to keep asking for things. Plus, there is no washroom, not even a seperate corner to wash hands. You need to go to the kitchen (near sitting area) to wash your hands. Moreover, the staff was playing some music or video real loud, a certain decorum should be maintained you know.So, I find Cafe Riverrun a bit overpriced but I would say that the overall ambience is good especially during evening time. I love to sit here and gaze the beautiful street and the mighty river, while having cheese corn maggi (its amazing). The cafe is quite small but its comfortable to sit and strike a conversation.

Excellent breakfast!! Had the eggaterian with a cold coffee over looking the river. Quick service and the food was brilliant, especially the mash and beans. Will be back again soon!

I loved the environment it was so peaceful. I ordered over the top which was totally worth it . The service was also good very fast in their work and the shake was very tasty and worth the price. It looked amazing. Over all a great experience.

My favourite is the Italian Chicken Salad and the Over the top shake. There are hardly five tables here, although there hasnt been any time when I had to return because we didnt get a table. The interior is well-lit and very cute.

It was a dissapointing experience for me. The place was really beautiful but the food and the service was not as expected of a place like that. The names of some of the items on the menu were misleading. Just like when the menu said Chicken Maggie, what they served was some too simply boiled maggie with some chopped pieces of chicken sausage spread on top. And the taste was not at all good, given the unreasonably high price that they charged. And in the name of ice coffee they served us some ice cubes with some liquid that tasted somewhat like coffee. (I think they took the name ice coffee too seriously).So I will recommend you to go to this place only when you care least about the food and more about the ambience and a beautiful chat with your partner. Otherwise rest assured that you will be wasting your money and time, nothing else.

The place is small but very well managed and decorated. The ambience is great and is kind of romantic. The Over the top shake here(being the major attraction) looks great. The add-ons are tasty but the shake itself is average. The wraps are great, pasta is average. I tried the brownie Sunday in desert and it was awesome! Coming to other beverages, the peanut butter and banana shake isnt good, lime soda with cranberry was great. The staff and service is great, you can also play some indoors games like ludo, chess, scrabble etc.

I was here last year, last june I came here for breakfast , this lane has some really nice restaurant, here as well, this place is bit small for a big crowd and he made the item then and there as requested as he handles small crowd , the tea was nice and I really like the ambience with a tree in between that still kept as it is , I was here at the day time and I beleive night it will be really wonderful with all the nights.

This can be best described as the cozy little corner Cafe at Guwahati. It serves Maggi, and thats one amongst the many reasons I go there. In addition, they have great brownie and sandwiches.
