How am I supposed to get in contact for my car servicing if you guys just keep me on hold for 5mins and then cut the call?!

Pathetic decision, I am repenting till date that I took my car there. Started with approaching them for servicing and other issues present in car, which wasnt done perfectly made me go back again with in 3 days to them and they shamelessly charged me for labour. Wasnt it supposed to be done in the first instance? And now again I have complained in their customer care and scheduled another appointment for a work they said they resolved but they didnt. Caught up in big mess doing my servicing there avoid at all cost.
