The term suitable to describe the owner n employees is literate beggars. Its a fraud company. I m talking about the Guwahati hi-tech solutions only. I have purchased our cctv camera from them. Poor service, fraud bill. They take more money than the MRP of the product which is illegal. Beware of this fraud company.

Two weeks ago I have Installed cctv camera in our shop from hi tech Solutions Guwahati, the owner and the employees r so fraud that soon after installing they took the cheque and promised me to give the hard copy GST bill the next day, I agreed...dn I checked the soft copy of it...they billed the amount of the monitor more dn its MRP, which is a crime. While asking about that they said they will soon return me the difference money and apologized for it and even the GST bill which they were about send the next day. Today, almost 2weeks passed and till now I dint get any of them. Its a fraud company. Further I will recommend people not to visit or do any business deal with this fraud company.
