After sell service is very bad.Dont buy if they cant provide after sell service.

Pathetic service, these guys will take the money at the very moment they make a sell. But if the product is found to be defective no one in the dealer is taking responsibility and is delegating to one another . My product(Panasonic AC) was found defective 1 day after I bought it from Anand Electricals and it has been 11 days and I havent got the comfort for which I have paid the sum !

I went for getting myself a Gorpro but they dont deal with gopro, external microphones, and drones. I believe being such a big electronic store they should have stocks of all these. But, overall the support of the staff is too good and fantastic

Staff are professional.But they dont offer much choice. Only one or two brands. Orient is not the best stand fan for example. On top of that, the two pieces we checked were damaged.So could not buy.

You will get whatever you want in electronics.... But cost is higher then other shop.

Dont know why the hell they keep playing terrible loud music all day till late evening. PS you wont attract customers by creating noise pollution.

Customer service is pitiable. Bought an air cooler from them. The sales person Misrepresented the facts while checking the product at the showroom in front of me. Cooler pump was not working ab initio... But told me once water is poured it will start working and assured me the product is perfect. However the product turned out to be defective. They were not even replacing the product and asked me to contact the service center. How irresponsible... have not seen such treatment. They say their job is over once the product is sold. Next day when I countered the people at the showroom the person is telling me he was not the person who showed me the demo... Height of ridiculousness. I would advise all not to believe these guys when going for a buy... Horrible experience all in all

They charge a lot recently bought a battery pack for 1000₹ in other stores or online it cost around 650₹ or less

Very bed experience, salesmen r rude, wen enquired about d availability of a Canon Camera , they asked me to come as according to them Product is available but wen I came to purchase d product , surprisingly they said that product is not available even they dont have courtsy to say Sorry.
