Nice and trusted one of the most well Diagnostic center in ne 🇮🇳. I always visit here since 21 years all staff are cool mind and good behavior.

Nice,clean ,hygenic and Prices of all the tests are very reasonable and less as compared with other places.Drinking water and washrooms are also available,Waiting area is quite good and clean.One can surely go their for their test reports.Must go,if needed👍Take care.

Service is good, but too crowded. Too many patients, inadequate facilities to meet the requirement. Needs to expand facilities and space to meet the Service to patients.

Worst diagnostic center. Did an MRI scan, they gave us the hard copy, but on request for a soft copy, they said they would provide it in a CD (they apparently dont know how to mail) at an additional cost of 200RS. All this is fine, but now the CD doesnt contain the images/pdf of the scans, but random 700+ unreadable files. On calling the center, they have again asked to come to the center so that they can check the CD and are constantly disconnecting the call when Im asking them to simply share the JPG/PDF files of the MRI scans.Im not sure what technology they are using, but it is really costing me some precious time and am unable to send the reports to my doctors. Please make sure you talk to them about the soft copies (if you require it to send to hospitals/doctors outside Guwahati) before proceeding for the scans.

People sitting in the reception were not at all responding. They are the first contact for the patients, so i personally feel they should be nice and polite to the patients.

One of the best laboratory in guwahati city... it is at just below Bhangagarh over bridge, near satsang gate... communication of all sorts like ola, uber, rapido, auto, local bus etc are available to this place. just a few minutes walk either from bhangagarh or abc bus stop... the staffs are well behaved and good..... the lab is neat and clean... the prices are reasonable here.... for eg..MRI (01/06/2020) is 6800...

Staff behaviour is not at all good. May be they are not properly trained. Dont have any appointment procedure. Patient have to wait minimum 2 to 3hrs in crowded waiting area. My 1st and last visit . Not at all recommend to anyone.

Clean and Good place for the diagnostic different blood samples. Also it is very clean and staffs seems to be friendly and helpful. To go there you need to cross satsang Bihar and you have to walk little bit ahead where you will see the big billboard written Primus in left side bylane!

Behaviour needs to be improved..this was my first and last time in this lab. Not at all recommended.

Hopeless service of the guys sitting on the reception... They just know how collect money instead of collecting samples.. once they take the cash they hardly care about your problems, and when you complain about anything the only reply you get is you should have informed us.. which proves that the management team is only to manage cash nothing to deal with the customers who have paid for it.

Went for MRI here, the receptionist told us that it will be done within 45 minutes, but end up waiting 5 hours. They are not professional in there work, just telling lies to get money

May be the worst front line staff of all labs in Guwahati. Returned back today without testing due to the slowness and in attending attitude of the staff. Never go this lab. There are plenty of other good labs nearby.

Front desk staffs showing good attitude but the staffs at first floor posted on 17.02.2020 at 10 am all should be sacked or fire for the attitude, the delay in making customers wait without any valid reasons or explaination. Customers centric with dedication from staffs is the requirement of the day irrespective of the cost charged.

To generate a USG report the staff is taking 1.5 to 2 hrs. It will be tough for patient to wait for 1.5 to 2hrs. In general, radiologist dictate the report to his/her assistant while examining the patient and report will be handover within 5 to 10 mins after examination.

They charge a lot. Not affordable for everyone

Yesterday we gave blood for investigation and Came to collect the report this morning. We had appointment with other Doctor, along with the Investigaton report at 9.00 AM. On arrival at around 8.45 AM, the staff at the counter told us that reports will be available at 9.00 AM only. After some time again told another person that the reports will be available at 9.30 AM only. On hearing this we asked for the actual time. We were told that it’s 9.30 AM . Then we asked for the contact number of Customer care officials’ but was told that there’s no number but we can meet HR Manager at around 10.30 - 11.00 AM only.Then one staff , probably with the title Talukdar arrived hastily and delivered the report at around 9.10 AM. I then specifically thanked him as he has done us a favour by delivering the report much earlier than scheduled time of 9.30 AM which he Gracefully accepted.It will earn you some “Good Will” if the Timing of different customer services are properly displayed to save unwanted queries from the Customers 🙏It will be very very helpfull if the reports are mailed or sent through Whatsapp whenever the patients request for the same.🤔

Staffs specially at the reception were too slow..... Dont they are capable for reception work or not or some management qualifications is utmost necessary in this type of organization... More so why they are taking much time to make entries. Regarding prescription they do not know to manage n last comers entries were made first instead of first comers long standing next waiting time.... Highly disappointed with this reception staff specially the boy and the lady.....The most disgusting thing is that they were openly discussing about the commissions and facilitate the patients early whom were referred by their respective commissioned hospitals like health city, etc..... My view is that Response should be equal for all rather not the commissioned or non-commissioned coz every patient has problem and everyone need their examination to be done quickly.... But it is the management who have to give equal importance.Another thing is that there is no Q systems also in the organization because of lack of inexperience staff....This much time I got to post more unsatisfactory response to expose

This is only to let people know. I just collected reports of my sister. The boy who was delivering the reports behaved very badly when I just looked on the name on cover .… why are you seeing it , I will check it then you see it yourself, we never give someones reports to others etc. etc. Then he thrower a big carry bag and uttered VARAI LOK. Is it the way to talk? I paid Rs.4600 for echocardiogram & hrct thorax to receive such response! For the attention of management I am posting it. This type of person will definitely reduce your reputation.

The reception was good. Even if u get an advance appointment dont expect to get it done on time. Appointment is just nameske. I made an appointment a day before but still had to wait for an hour and half for a USG. Also, the staffs allow ppl they know ahead of everybody waiting. Not ethical. Technicians and Drs good. Got report on time.

The staff r totally rude n doesnt respond to patients querries.if Primus cannot afford to serve plzz let out but plz dont play wth patients sentiments

My daughter was here for her usg but they delayed her test even after its her turn ..they just let another patient to enter before her even though her stomach was paining bad.....they just kept on delaying her test saying that patient is in more urgency even if that patient was a grown up woman & could control her urgency whereas my daughter was a 16 yrs girlIts so unprofessional & rude of them & its our worst experience here

There is a need for the rest of the country to be proud that it would be safeguarded. There is no rule of law, nor any rule of law. All the people of the country, who are doing their best to fulfill their relation with all corrupt people, will be seen in the meeting. All the workers should be determined by the fact that all the activities should be done. Satisfied.
