The worst system I HV ever experienced for a doctor appointment.over phone staff response is unbelievable.totally rude unprofessional.ur patient may die following their appointment procedure but u ll not get the appointment.

The place is good, Lots of doctors at a one place. I found my doctor to be good. Dont mistake this place as a hospital. Get your appointment early.Just their Land line booking for appointment is not good, its hard to call and take appointment.

Pathetic service. They will ask you to call at 8.00 am to book appointment. And when you do so the call will not get thru and by chance call gets thru they disconnect the call. This keeps on going. And you need to keep calling so that somehow the call gets thru again and you get the appointment. But you will not get the appointment.

Good doctors are available but difficult to get appointment.

Worst experience possible in getting doctor appointment. I have been struggling to get doctor appointment for last 3 weeks. They have a very ridiculous system of taking appointments only through phone that too only on Wednesday. Every Wednesday I call they say the appointments full for next week and ask to call again on next Wednesday. It is like a never ending cycle where I lose an entire week just to know if I will get appointment or not. The staff that takes appointments at excel centre also needs to more empathetic towards patients. Finally, a suggestion that they should at least give future dated appointments and not make patients go round and round just to get appointment.

Disgusting experience!!! After taking prior appointment also I had to wait for more than 3 hours to see the doctor. No consideration no concern shown even after telling them repeatedly that I am 9 months pregnant. The doctor nd the center seems to not understand that they exist because of the end user. May be the consulting doctors are good but the center lacks customer service and any empathy whatsoever. Pathetic!

The security protocol sucks....when you have taken a single cabin, still they dont allow you to visit even your ill mother. But while booking the rooms, they will say that there will be no problems in visiting if you take single rooms. Morons.

The people at counter are sometimes not cordial. Theres not much parking space. The service is okay and reports etc were delivered on time. Overall satisfactory service.

They say to call on Wednesday for appointment but they never picked up the phone, they dont pick up calls on Thursday also, Friday and Saturday also. Not gonna be calling them back again. Very unreliable.

Its a piceful place. It is famous for doctors. Some of the top most doctors are available here. Now they opened excel care Hospital at paschim Boragaon. So some of the top most doctors shifted to that place.You can get all the information here. Very helpful and active people are available here. You can get any information by phone call also.

Really pathetic as far as taking appointment for Dr. Pradip Sarma is concerned. They give appointment only on Wednesday for the next week. This is absolutely ridiculous for obvious reasons. All the numbers will be either busy or they wont pick up. If somehow you get to talk to them after 12 PM they would say appointment is full try next week. Behavior of the counter persons are also very rude. God can only help if someone is suffering from some Autoimmune disease or Rheumatoid disorder in Assam.

Terrible experience. .. had to book an appointment with a doctor. The telephone line had been busy continuously. I kept on redialing continuously but could not get through.

There is no available parking palace ,so office time and evening there is heavy traffic jam.

My father went there and did all the tests they asked of him. Their renowned doctor DR. Manash P Baruah saw my fathers test reports and gave medicines for diabetes and thyroid and thats it. My fathers creatinine level was at border(1.2) and their so famous doctor not once bothered to point that out, not even a tick on the result, let alone giving any warning. He didnt even give any medicine for that too. After 2 months we went to chennai and my fathers creatinine level was at 1.7. If Dr Manash P Baruah had reffered us to see any nephrologist then and there, the creatinine level would have never gone beyond border. That was my experience in excel care.

The receptionist on counter no. 3 is extremely rude....she doesnt know how to talk with patients... Doctor gives priority to pregnant women but she doesnt want to give... Really disappointed wid her behavior... 😠😠

OK diagnostic service and good doctors and para medical stuff. Central location. They are coming up with a speciality hospital in Guwahati by-pass near Tetalia.

My mother was suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis and now Ive seen tremendously improvement in her condition and the credit goes to Dr Pradip Kr. Sarma.

Very very bad Experience. They are concern for first paid visit only, To produce diagnostic reports, getting appointment with doctor is like to get appointment with president of America. Its more than 15 days I am running with MRI reports just to produce before the doctor.VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I GOT

Very good clinic & also doctors are good

They give false appointment dates, when the doctors are unavailable. This causes a lot of problem for the patients. There is a big miscommunication between the reception people and the doctors.

Reception people never gives any information about Dr. They behave like they will die if you ask any information about Dr.. They hold the ph and keep yu waiting for minutes.
