Worst experience, bought some machineries with advance payment of approx rs 200000 but received material after 15-20 days later of delivery due date. The equipments received were also deplicate and now the company owner is not responding to my calls.

I have taken a machine around 1 year back. and due improper service and poor quality i have posted a review with 1 star on india mart with sufficient reasons. After that the machine has faced many problems which were repaired by our in house mechanic and now when it needs major repair the supplier do not want to repair it saying that I have given poor review and have asked me to remove the review. Since they have made the machine and that too of extremely poor quality it is bound to become bad repeatedly, and since the parts are available with them i have no option to get it repaired from someone else. So guys once again advice to beware of them.

Extremely poor quality machines. And very poor service. Beware of the fraudesters.I bought a mixture machine of 2 bag capacity by paying 255000 and I was provided the machine 1 month late, further the machine capacity is not more than 1.5 bag mixture. After delivery the machine did not work properly and had to be repaired and parts were replaced for making it to working condition which took 10 to 15 days. Now it is almost 1 and a half month, it has broke down again. The owner Bhupender Singh do not respond to calls.No service even during warranty period. No response to calls. He did not respond even during the delay period.If I visit to his shop the person is not interested to meet.
