Dear Steel n Style, Once i was an employee in Steel n Style in Kathabari Factory (Near ISBT) in 2009. Your products are very good. 2years ago i bought two Majestic almirah in Pacharia on Home delivery mode. i am happy with your products.But This time i am experiencing worst shopping experience with you. I ordered Almirah and Alna on home delivery mode, though my address fall outside Guwahati but the sales person assured me that he will arrange home delivery as it falls near the Factory. But now refusing deliver at home saying it is outside of Guwahati. I had explained my address earlier, it is Pacharia, 8km away from Saraighat Bridge.Now i have to accept delivery near AMINGAON and have to manage remaining 5-6 km by own.You should not promise what you cant deliver. If i have to suffer, it will be the last order. it will easier to shop ONLINE from AMAZON or Flipkart.Regards#A_former_employee

Very bad experience with door hinges. Hinges got damaged once after 6 months. Steel and style servicing in Assam is not at all professional. Got it repaired on my own expenses , few days after repairment hinges again getting loose.
