The service is too good and above all they keep their word, deliver your laptop on time unlike many reputed service centres who keeps on asking time.... Aur 2 days dijiye bas ho jayega etc etc. My laptop had motherboard issue, its fixed now and at a very reasonable price... Would highly recommend this service centre if anyone faces any issue with his/her PC/laptop.Thank you.

Went there with one problem which they solved but created another. They temporarily solved the problem they created which I had to get repaired from another repair centre. It was a chip level problem that they solved and created.They wasted a lot of my money, time and energy. The owner talks unnecessarily and refuses to stop even when you try to get away.

Very much satisfied with their service. They have some humble honest engineers to look and correctly fix the issues. Not like other store where you are showered with variety of charges. From diagnostic to service and many hidden ones also. But it isnt the case with Sublime Infotech. Transparency and customer satisfaction is what I found their core agenda. They wont charge for diagnostic and just for letting you to know what exactly is the issue. Charges I felt reasonable and negotiable too. Accountant at the store was really humble with me. I have repaired my UPS(battery change) and Printer which is running perfectly now. Even I confirmed my issue with Hard disk for free :) which otherwise other stores would charge 400-500 rupees. Found a reliable store for computer service after a long time. Should definitely suggest to visit.Also it is the first store I found taking full advantage of Google Maps and realizing what it can do for their business :)

Repaired my 7 years old Dell xps i5 laptop.In my opinion Sublime infotech, hands down, provides the best service in the city. Their service is not only professional yet personalized, they listen, but they also gave me some great advice which saved me some extra bucks and time.Their Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very well managed staff and very cooperative.I have visited there to repair my Laptop which was unable to reboot.But they took their time and patience to repair my Laptop and it was done at the end.Yes, they took a day but repaired my laptop like the previous one I had.It had some problem with OS so they changed my OS to Windows 7 and were very Frank with me.
