Professional apporach

Very pathetic customer service. Initially they were good. But after the expiry of warranty period they dont give importance to the clients. The technician will call you telling that they are coming for the service and you end up changing your schedule and work plans, but they dont show up without any trace inspite of multiple calls. They will keep telling they will come in a while and make you wait and then they dont. Manoj Das was one of them. Very rude and unprofessional guy. The owner Mr. Pushkar was good Initially but now the professional behavior is missing. He kept ignoring my calls. When his employee called he received the call but refused to speak to me which I overheard . Very bad behavior. I didnt expect such pathetic and unprofessional behavior from the owner. Patience and humbleness while handling clients goes a long way .. if these qualities are missing then it will definitely impact your business. Customers should be given importance which unfortunately didnt happen with them after warranty period was over. Also you can see some reviews are given by their own people. I can see a review by Manoj who Is a employee himself. So beware.
