Worst,irresponsible,non responsive, Courrier service I have ever experienced. They failed to deliver my parcel after 11days of booking and not delivered yet. When contacted with their Customer Service, they failed to answer properly and did not register complains. When complains lodged via email, they even do not bother to see your mail and you will get ready made auto generated reply on your mail every time. Sellers please do not book this Courier service.

First and foremost they should update their address. Second put a signboard. Very reluctant and unprofessional in approach. The help center is equally helpless. All these things needs to be fixed. I also request the e-commerce sites to take a note and choose their logistic partners. This is not the first time that this particular courier service has fallen short in its approach with me, there are plenty of such incidences previously which I dont want to mention

After Two days from sms ,today will be delivered msg.product not arrive it was urgent so i went to their office, one staff gave me delivery boy number,till 3 hours his phone was busy,then switched off, i call their customer care but use less, with this kind of selection of staff the company will be closed as before many companies.

Yesterday on 31st July 2020 delivery came to deliver my order I did payment through Gpay scan and delivery boy told me that they didn’t receive the amount and asked me to pay by cash again when I refused he left without giving my stuff i have the proof also

The delivery executive just stated that I requested a future delivery which I so DID NOT and after five days he picked my call btw he spoke only Assamese and then he said he isnt working for this courier seeserv anymore and the other delivery executive who was supposed to deliver said he was in jiribam and that he will get back to me when he comes back to Guwahati like want the actual heck he went for winter holidays and expect me to wait for my urgebu parcel till the end of month and said my oarcpa was not in yheoggithe meaning its with him. And the customer care no. Doesnt even work . !!!!!!???????!!!!!!! Im shooked this courier service should be made to stop
