Worst wifi connection I have ever used! Please dont avail their services, everyday they are having network issues! Bad customer service! Total waste of money... People should rather use mobile data instead of giving their hard earned money to them for nothing! O out of 5 stars!

I would not recommend to go for NGC broadband, I feel regret now why have I chose NGC. From day 01 only I am struggling to get Internet network but I do not get it. Third class customer service i would say. Customer just keep calling on their numbers but no response. If anybody picks up call so every time same excuse like some issue in wire.PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR NGC..............Waste of Money.

I have been using NGC since last 4.6 years .,Their Customer support is really good and specifically their NOC team is really awesome and also their field support team is really good . NGC New plans are also very cheap and far better then from JIO and Airtel ....

Horrible customer service, most of the time , the internet is slow and when you start using for longer time they slows the speed.. Also the staffs are horrible no replies , no calls attended when no net for very long, like for 2 3 days..but when its time for payment they will call 100 times..never ever go for this broadband

After using the service for six months I have renewed my connection for anothr half year for 6000/-, now this time the whole scenario is completely different. Though I should get atleast50 Mbps, never got something around, infact they told me about a speed up to 20 Mbps, mark the word UPTO. I kept on calling to resolve the issue but they are giving me dates. Wasted my money feeling like. Plz this is not professionalism. I think my days are numbered with you. Expected much from you. If I would hv given a chance would have terminated it mid way. You hv a good team but be transparent.

Applied for a new connection on july 9.Its been 3days no response from them.Now after 3days their technical team said they are coming to see the site and will take somdays for the installation as total distance is aprrox 600meter from the fibre point

They charge for 100mbps and they provide 30mbps... Per month charge is 999, and every other day drz a network issue... Worst experience and this is my last month with ngc borbad band

I am having the most worst experience of my life with NGC. They charge me for 100 mbps but provide service of 30 MBPS. Also the wifi is always down every other day. They dont respond to calls neither do provide good services. I really think these guys should be given strict punishment for cheating their customers. I have been facing the same problem since so many months now. Everyday we need to call the office where no one responds to our calls and then no action is being taken against it. And even if they respond they say maam link is down. I dont understand how does your link turn down everyday. U cheaters. U are big cheaters.... Please dont go for such a cheat company... I would request the company owner to respond to me and call me ASAP!!

Just want to share my personal views its worst service. Since last month (Feb 21) 2 to 3 times I call them but they are keep on saying that next day fibre Service Team will come ie tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow and still there is no tomorrow for them...so in my sense they are not caring about their customer...so its my personal advice to NGC team guys there is lot of competitions is going on in the city if you lose a customer trust then you guys will money as well.....

They disconnected my friends connection just because he gave them 1-star in Google review. I have no words to describe this behavior.They take Rs. 5000 for new connection, Rs. 2500 for router, and Rs. 3000-4000 for cables if you shift place, and still dare to stop the connection on their own just for a google review. Completely behaving like Mafia. Really no words. Cant believe how can someone be so unprofessional.I am using a different connection where installation and router is completely free. For shifting also they just charge Rs. 500-1000. Just have to pay the monthly charge, and service is lot better comparably.

I asked for a broadband connection. They asked me for how many days I required the connection. On knowing that i planned on around 6 months service, they asked for all documents and then didnt respond. When I called them, they said that the company cant provide services for 6 months.Highly unprofessional.

I dont know what to say, the initial self-claim was Customer-Service as its foundational-core standing unique to differentiate themselves from others but generic things that usually shall be automated, error-free and not ever be of users responsibility to raise but self-regulated needs to be manually escalated from the customer side and even then be ignored, forgotten and repeated whether thats recognising your already paid payment including advanced ones before your next Billing-Cycle into the system or updating the current ones with their outstanding status even when theyre the ones to also electronically generate receipt which again needs a photo-proof manually of the challan whenever raising the issue only to be unaddressed confusingly~Its also a tug-of-war regarding their existing customers, milking them per se it seems by continuing to charge Old Plans without any accountability which again should be an automated update conventionally at first place where I wonder how many customers are actually out there that continue to be in the dark, billed unbeknownst to them intentionally. Which raises the question, should one trust in a company that abuses the honesty and very innocence of their customers for shady practices?A management bereft of management training, staff training or professional training of any kind to accountability, efficiency & competency along with any connection to human understanding is supposed to form a Customer Service thats actually no beyond a lip-service. So far, the experience with NGC is fabricated lies and artificial excuses bereft of logic and shame.NGCs Technical Team as for the matter fail to even realise the need to upgrade with IPv6 Connection ‘today’ and will be their rising reason of growing user dissatisfaction and falling subscribed speeds but even before that, NGC Plans willingly manage to be a joke in every generation. For example:‘Airtel’ not only does 200Mbps but provide OTT service at ₹999 - Compared to which ‘Catla Broadband’ that also is Guwahati based btw, at least have a 200Mbps plan for ₹999 although bereft of any OTT service on top of it. Now, compare that to NGC.. NGC really seems spearheaded by an astounding blunt bloke that casts doubt for a promising future.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I asked for an installation on 17th August, It has been more than a week and they have still not completed. I have to call them every day.

Im really frustrated with them. When I make first call they were saying we will be there in 1 hours and after a one day they came and after that we chose a from them even we paid certain Amount but they didnt fix Internet till now. And I highly recommend to improve the service and talking behaviour of staff.And please do the work in given time.Thank you

Worst experience. These past few months have been really frustrating. Frequent loss in signal for more than a week. And their responses have been very hard or misleading. Id rather switch to other ISPs than NGC. I know problems can arise everywhere but no service for more than a week is just a brutal way of testing ones patience.

I had used their service in the past. Its kinda worst nightmare to me. My advise to anyone looking for broadband service in Guwahati is not to come in contact with NGC Broadband even in mistake. Very unprofessional staff. I used their service for about a year and not even 1 week (7-day in a row) went without any problem. There is always one problem or other, and how they respond to the problem is what makes your blood pressure go up. Their customer service is pathetic.I would have rated them 0 or even in minus but unfortunately there is no such option.

Fraud organization. Incompetent employees. They say all internet packs a re equally high speed with different data limits but thats not the case. Plus i have not been receiving a signal for a week now, have complained repeatedly but falling into deaf ears. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NGC AT ALL

Installation very slow

It is nice to got a chance to give some feedback on the WIFI service I am using. The service is really good and the guy who used to visit my office is also very responsive and humble in nature. His name is NITUL BARMAN. Apart from the services, there was some fibre problems inbetween and it was sorted out on time.
