Very very poor service! After you pay tge money ad go for pick up next day they treat you like dogs! The lie about stuff! Earlier they will say they will provide matching latkan and every and then they will lie that they dont have matching. When you go to pick your dress up, they will make you sit for an hour and then they will start stitching your dress then. It is worst service. Please please never visit this horrible place!

Worst, just WORST customer service. No one pays attention. I bought clothes worth 50,000 (approx). At first they were very nice to us, they took measurements and all and then the horrible experience begins. The blouse was too loose. It was not at all as same as the measurement taken. The latkan and everything was of some other colour (not matching the lehenga) at all. Later we came to fix it and they werent even paying any hid. Once you pay the amount and then 0 customer service. ZERO. I hope there would have been an option of negative rating.

Horrible experience. They lie to the customers. Selling similar pieces as boutique sarees. On facing them with the issue, they come with all sort of excuses. Shame on such a chain running on lies or may be the staffs handling them.

They have a huge collection. I bought a wedding lehenga for Rs 6700 and it was too good. I currently dont have a picture of the picture of the lehenga but I will surely post it soon. I was shocked to see their collection. Cloth material and colour of the lehenga matters with the price. The more the price the more aesthetic will be your lehenga. I found mine quite aesthetic and loved it. The shop was also hygiene.Even the artworks on the lehenga is too good. Also they provide stitching there itself, you just have to pay additional for it. I will surely visit it again.Adding, they will not let you to take picture of the lehenga before buying.

My worst experience ever in a shop. I went to buy a wedding lehenga but no one attended. Somehow one salesperson managed his precious time to ask for what I want. I told him to show me some wedding lehengas but he was so lethargic to show me more than one. Ese type me hi milenge sare, he said, after showing one piece. Then some other person came and asked me about the wedding date.since it was after 45 days, they may have assumed it to be too early or what.. god knows. Unenergitically he said ese hi hai sare, udhar dekh lijiye kuch pasand aa jaye to.Really! This is how you treat your customers! How are you even running your business! I got recommendations for this shop from many people but was heavily disappointed.
