Suchitra is a very old bakery shop located in Colony Bazar (now available in odalbakra, sarabbhati, gandhibasti, lokhra).My parents have been ordering my birthday cake from Suchita right from my childhood and now I order for my family.They sell varieties of baked biscuits, cakes, patties, doughnuts, pastries, baking items, chocolates etc. There is no doubt with the quality. But, they have a very limited designs of birthday cakes and the designs in the catalogue they have are for cakes of 1kg and above. In addition, you cannot customize your cake.Price of the items are quite reasonable.Customer service is not really impressive because of the small area of the shop. You will have to wait for minimum 5-7 mins to get your order placed.

Best bakeries in that locality...from fries to pastries to paties...everything is just so delicious..has been eating their items since childhood!!

I would have loved to give 5 stars out of 5. The food / snacks you get is just awesome. Rates are reasonable, not too costly, neither too cheap. Veg and non-veg options are available.You get bakes and cakes and you also get day-to-day requirement of groceries. Since it is a bakery it offers baked items and NOT deep-fries. Thus, less issues of gastroenteritis.Now coming to the point. I would have given it 5 stars, but giving it 4.... ONLY because of the fact that it has lesser staffs compared to the crowd it serves, because the service area is too congested. Therefore, the wait time is huge. Sometimes you have to stand and wait for almost 20 minutes, before someone asks you about your requirement.If you ignore the wait time factor, this is a very nice place to purhase delicious snacks. Its a must visit.
