I was a overweighted woman with 98 kg..with little hope I joined P Academy. But motivation and training session plus guidance on diet by coach Mr. Ramen Das did miracle. I managed to loose 21kg weight during 6 months.His training had injected that confidence in me that I could lift up to 110 kg of weight in squatting session.
