We 3 ladies have just returned from a 4nights 5days trip to Assam, covering Kaziranga National Park, Nameri National Park and Guwahati, organised by MyVoyage travel agency. Safety, cleanliness and comfort were our priority and MyVoyage scored full marks on all three aspects. Moreover they planned the itinerary so well that we could cover all the safaris, activities and sightseeing at a relaxed pace. For beginning of October17 I booked a Solo Tour with My Voyage to Tawang. It was the best adventure Ive taken so far. Beautiful scenery, picturesque small towns and villages, Tawang monastery etc.My Voyage catered for a personalize tour, with driver and hotels and everything was perfect.The driver was helpful, always taking care of me, pointing perfect spots for photography, narrating the history of each of the places we visited...The hotel selection was great, loved the hotel Aparup (the travel agent & partner in my Voyage) picked in Dirang on the mountainside overlooking the town..I am booking again with My Voyage for a Tour in Nagaland this year, and for the next to Kashmir Valley. It is a relieve not having to go hunting for local travel agencies for my next trips to India.

We two couples, all sr. citizens, visited Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh for 14 days from 18.11 to 01.12.19 under the service provider My Voyage Tours and Travels and stayed at 9 different places. The hotels provided by the service provider at all the places were excellent as per our need and the car (Innova) was also in very good condition. Most importantly, the Driver, Sri Hiren Chandra Das, whose role was most important virtually acting as our guide for this long tour covering thousands of kilometers and so many places, was extremely praiseworthy. In nut cell, the tour has been excellent and memorable.

My voyage review.While on vacation we prefer minimum hassle in deciding itinerary, selecting accommodations, negotiating with drivers for cabs, routes to be covered etc.My voyage fulfills all the requirements perfectly.From a nicely designed tour itinerary,well behaved driver with a decent sedan, and good B&Bs- we got it all on our 6days 5nights trip to Meghalaya.Mr.Alberd from My voyage do deserve special mention for his impeccable customer service. From the beginning he helped and supported for all required modifications, called up daily to know whether there are any glitches in any of the provided services! We have not met him in person, but his hospitality really won us.The driver we were given was a very decent and jolly guy, who made the long drives less boring and more interesting.The hotels were nothing on the top, but the deluxe rooms had all the basic facilities and amenities for night stays after hectic day tours.The stay at Cherrapunji was good. The quaint little house turned into a hotel with uber cordial staffs was really cosy in the nights,and dreamy during day time.Though the rates My voyage charged, we feel are slightly on the higher side(considering Meghalaya needs entry fees at almost all the points and they need to be paid by the tourists), but their service is really good.We are happy , hope to visit other places with them. Hi Friends I recently traveled to North East through My Voyage. I was a Solo women traveler and I was accompanied by a Male Driver. Not once I felt scared or intimidated. Infact I felt safe and secured. The vehicle was very good. Albert was always there whenever I needed. I was given a royal treatment. Most efficient and professional organisation to organise trips in North East India.We traveled to Arunachal Pradesh for 8days alongwith senior Citizens but the journey was very smooth and hassle free. Very efficient Travel Agency nd both their drivers ,Binoy nd Rupack were extremely knowledgeable .we just picked up this agent by chance nd Ms Arpana was very helpful in finalising our itinerary. But they are slight inflexible in their schedule, we are nature lovers nd while returning from Tawang to Kaziranga, we wanted to go through Orang National park, but had to pay 1000 rupees per car for the change. Also the tyers of my car were completely wirn out ,which my driver had promised toi change once we reach Guawhati. Also they should get proper feedback about tbe water charity in Dowaki as it had rained nd the water had turned dirty brown. Except for these small things.. everything else was to the T. Also the location nd service of the Hotel Norling at Tawang was excellent

Just came back from a 10 day trip to Assam & Arunachal Pradesh which is organized by My Voyage Travels. covering Nameri, Dirang, Bomdila, Tawang. Over all the tour was well planned, and organized well with good vehicle and experienced driver. Most of the accommodations were quite good except in tawang which is unfortunately 3 nights of stay.Overall a good experience and recommended.Small advice: make sure that the hotels mentioned in the itenary are available, before you confirm the trip. Also keep 2-3 hours extra as the roads in Arunachal Pradesh are not that good. You might lose a couple of hours on the road. so plan your trip accordingly. enjoy!

I just completed a highly successful 15 day, customized trip through the 7 NE states of India. We had a thoroughly bad experience with My voyage. The condition of the vehicle provided is pathetic, while the vehicle shown on the pics is brand new. Especially, in places like North east, where you travel a lot on the hilly road, a prerequisite is a good vehicle, which itself was missing. Secondly, this travels is not to be used for Arunchal, as they are not familiar with the places, terrain. The worst part is that driver himself sais that the iterinary provided is not feasible to do. The agent does not even call you once in the journey to understand whether things are ok etc. Overall, we had a terrible experience with My Voyage and the recommendation is clearly a NO NO if your destination is Arunachal. We just finished our journey in Nov 2018

Having got a good experience with My Voyage who had arranged our 10 day tour to Arunachal, Meghalaya and Assam in November 2017, I again contacted My Voyage for planning a short trip to Guwahati mainly for the darshan of Goddess Kamakhya Devi as our wish was fulfilled. The tour programme was planned only in September for the 3 day trip to commence from 24th October 2018 and in spite of short notice they arranged our booking in Hotel Radisson and provided the help of same driver, Sonu who was with us last year also for 10 days. Besides Maa Kamakhya devis darshan (it took 3-4 hours because of heavy rush, being Poornima day), the tour operator also arranged local sight seeing of places which we could not cover last time due to long distances besides Sunset cruise at river Brahamputra. Sonu is not only a good driver but he is an excellent guide also. As we are pure vegetarians, Sonu helped us in taking to best Vegetarian restaurants last time as well as this time also. I am quite happy with My Voyage.

I had booked with My Voyage on trip to Tawang/Bhumla pass with my elderly parents for 8 days. The trip was very well organised. Car/Driver was good. Aparup and team accessible always. One suggestion is inform us about power problems in Tawang (so that we can be prepared during cold season) and please take care of road construction delays and plan the journey. Thanks

We had been to Assam, Arunachal, Meghalaya recently with MyVoyage with family of 16 people. MyVoyage team especially Aparup and Kabita co-ordinated throughout the trip and help to make it successful. They customized the trip based on our needs in the beginning and provided supported end to end. The accommodation provided and tempo Traveller prp ided was good. The driver GhanShyam Kumar and assistant ratul were excellent. They were able to take us through rough terrain and managed the time perfectly. Nobody had any journey tiredness. The food was awesome too for our vegetarian group. All the hotel staff provided a good hospitality.We had a glitch with minor vehicle breakdown, however backup was arranged on time. It would have been better if MyVoyage had provided a guide . Looking forward to go with many more trips with MyVoyage..

We were party of four and we enjoyed our trip. All the hotels provided were nice and comfertable. There were problems of power outages in few areas, but considering the hilly and remote areas that was understandable. However, hotels were nice enough to provide heaters and generator backup power for hot water and room heating. Vehicle was in excellent condition for four of us, and the driver was good and very careful in his driving. Roads were very curvey and driver did excellent job. Only observation that he would have been Interactive, and inform un in advance next place of visit. Driver in familiarity with our visit to Nagaland state prevented us to visit few places. Also because of road conditions were not able to reach places in time to visit. However, we enjoyed our trip and the arrangement was excellent. Aparup spent good amount of time on phone and computer to chock out our itinerary meeting our requirement and comfort. We visited four of three sisters on this trip and will certainly contact you to visit the rest three. Hope, that time road conditions will improve a lot.Thanks Aparup for all your help. We used my voyage for 9 days tour of Assam & Meghalaya . It was during the peak season Dec end and we did our travel plan only very late in Nov and was sceptical of getting any rooms in good hotels. Aparup managed to get 5 rooms in good hotels and made our travel plan possible . He was very prompt and provided excellent service throughout our tour. Only negative point was we were supposed to see Brahmaputra sunset cruise but ended up doing night cruise which was a waste of time since cannot see anything. ( the driver could hv planned it well) .The driver Anirudha Das was very experienced and knew the roads well . Aparup was also accommodative to add in more safaris in Kaziranga with a days notice . Over all great service .

Kaziranga hotel wild grass was excellent.Hotel staff was very caring loving,cooperating.Hotel food and service was the best.I will recommend that you may kindly offer this hotel to the your other esteemed customer also.Shillong hotel EC was very close to market place hence very comfortable for dining out and visiting the other places.Finally hotel at Guwahati was in center place and hotel staff and food preparation and service was excellent.The vehicle service offered by you was really very good.The driver Shri Salman bhai was very caring, punctual and always smiling.Overall, my experience with my voyage has been really fantastic and memorable.I wish all the best to you and my voyage firm for all the all future endeavors.Thanks.
