I didnt found the service center there.they had changed their location but didnt update on map.But you can find another in dona planet.

Micromax products are worst and ghatia, customer care service is no responding since long and servicing center in Guwahati, has to make servicing themselves before servicing their ghatia products.

The Micromax companys service is very poor and his service point is also very poor. I was give my phone for service but after 2 months he told they can not solve the problem.in between these month every time he say please come after 2-3 days.when I came I found the problem not solve.after 2 month he return my phone in more bad condition.so I suggest please dont purchase micromax mobile.because of his bad service.

The behavior of their staff is too rough and they dont know how to treat their customers. They are just busy and whenever u go to them, they will just charge huge amount of money and will make u wait for so many days. Even they make a good phone bad so that they can sell a new one

Deserve 0 star....stupid service. Slower than a snail.....my flash was not working, so I give it for repair but they didnt have this flash(out of stock). Waited for 3 month but not yet come.. Nonsence stupid humans working there. Rascals.....👿

I went for repairing my Micromax phones speaker it was out of warranty, they took 500 for it but the speaker sound is not good n sound is low... Useless shop, n the repair person used bad words once, after that i didnt went there
